      I had canceled my accounts and deleted my account, but was still continuing to be charged. After complaining multiple times and going back and forth they told me I didnt qualify for a refund and my account would take a business day to close. I was supposed to already had my account closed and info deleted. ********************** and criminal.

      If there was a zero star they would have it . They act like they are doing you a favor by refunding ***** when you have spent over a ******* and *************** not anymore . the people answering phones are like robots and the so called supervisors are no help . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

      Absolutely do not use. I have returned textbooks, they have confirmed they see they are in transit and have repeatedly charged me for two months because they are saying they did not arrive back to them. I finally had to cancel my debit card because they would not stop charging me for 3 books I did not have anymore. Customer service is HORRIFIC.

      Used it for one month, canceled my subscription which they confirmed on the website. Was charged for 3 months afterwards. Filed a claim with my bank. Sounds like this has been a common problem, don't use them even once!

      Would Give 0 if it was available. Haven't used this site since the month after i signed up. Very difficult to cancel. I have tried to no Avail. they continue to charge my card to date. I did a Credit card charge back and and even told the Bank I do not want to du business with them, they responded to the charge back and still continue to charge my card. Very unfair company.

      Impossible to stop subscription.I did so online and continued to be charged.After waiting on phone for more than and hour to subscription and receipt of a "cancellation notice with refund", was never refunded and continued to be billed.Do not use this service.

      How is this site allowed to charge customers and provide wrong information in study questions. They promote help for students that are struggling, yet they allow wrong information to be on their site resulting students getting failing grades. This site needs to be shut down immediately!

      Its great until you are ready to cancel. Chegg actively works to stop you from canceling your account. The sites own cancellation directions are false as there isnt anywhere on the site or app to cancel your subscription. You will have to call them. After calling multiple times it took Chegg 6 months to stop charging my account. This was only after I got my bank involved.

      This company is great until it comes time for cancellation. I checked my account several times to see if my payment was coming out and no where is it showing it pending. I try to cancel subscription for $17 a month they counteroffer for $5 for the next payment to keep the account open. I think I'm saving $12 and agree to keep it just in case I may need it. That same day I agree to the renewal and then see $17 taken out of my account for renewal. I contacted customer service for a refund and they want to feed me the terms and conditions nonsense. I'm well aware these are cancel anytime subscription and the fact that this company has the audacity to not want to refund a customer who may have continued business in the future or even referred people to use there website over a lousy $17 is pretty pathetic. Buyers please beware when subscribing to Chegg.
