      I purchased a Med Surg ******* Workbook-Ebook. Before purchasing this book, I made sure that i would be able to print the pages to answer the questions to use for studying purposes. I tried to print the chapters i needed to study by and i am not able to print them, not able to print ANYTHING or answer the questions online either. What is the point of selling a WORKBOOK if you cant use it???? I tried to exchange my ebook for a paperback and they told me that their policy for returns is 14 days. Today makes only 15 days. I purchased this ebook, i should have rights to print the questions so i can answer them to use for studying, hence this is was why i purchased a STUDYGUIDE WORKBOOK!! So now i am out of $50!! WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

      We would first like to apologize for the difficulty you had getting a clear explanation regarding etextbooks which resulted in a lot of time invested on your end for a response you ultimately found unsatisfactory and we have taken that experience into consideration.

      For etextbooks the option to cancel is up to 10 days after the date the order is placed, rather than 14 days as previously indicated. We try to make the option to cancel as easy as possible on your My Account as well as on the FAQ page on our website directly. You can also reach out to customer support if you need help cancelling.

      After reviewing the order further we see it was placed 01/03/2023 and a confirmation email sent which included the date of 01/13/2023 that the order was eligible to cancel for a full refund. Reviewing the interaction with support regarding the textbook, we can see this occurred 01/18/2023 which was after the refund period for the textbook.

      At this time the order is outside of the period for a refund.

      Horrible company. They charged me something that I DID NOT APPROVE. The customer service representatives refused to remove my payment methods and were trying to force me to restart my account in order to remove the payment methods. I reported them to my bank as fraud and filed a dispute to paypal as well.

      I have used ***** for years and only recently discovered a few major flaws with their business practices. You can't remove payment information from your own account! You can't change the email for your own account! You can't close or delete your own data! What kind of online-based company operates like that? And to disconnect my Paypal, I have to contact Paypal directly. This company is a joke. Plain and simple. Great place to get cheaper books, but expect your data and payment methods to be up for grabs.

When a PayPal account is added to a ***** account, a specific billing agreement is created and that can't be edited, in order to remove as a method of payment the user would need to contact PayPal directly.

      Since it was determined the email was no longer accessible in order to change to a new email, the account was closed as requested.

      Worst company ever. All they care about is taking your money. My account was suspended for being flagged as a "Shared account". When contacting support they gave me a list of things to make sure I don't alert their "sensitive" system. I was already following these tips by using it on only one browser, one wifi, one device, and one user. Support was no help in getting me my account unsuspended and when I asked for a refund since I could no longer use the subscription I paid for I was denied a refund. After canceling my subscription I contacted support to remove my card information off the website and they refused to do so too. When I asked how I could remove it they just sent me a link to a website to request my account information and data be deleted, which takes 30 days for them to approve, but even then they can deny my request. Very scummy and money hungry company that preys on college kids trying to get help with homework

      This is a fraudulent company, they refused to give any refund whatever how you ************. They just need to cheat your subscription. Most of questions you can't wish to get answered at all, most of the questions are wrong, it will only mislead your studies rather than help. I tried to contact customer service, but they will only paste their terms and give you the answer, and refuse all communication. They even closed my conversation just because I explained why I wanted a refund. The name of the client representative at the time was *****.

      This company is nothing more than a pretentious organization that falsely advertises itself as a tutoring resource as if their "solutions" are posted by credible and knowledgeable people when in reality it's random unqualified and unvetted strangers posting incorrect answers. In other words, it's a firm founded on fraud that doesn't deliver at all on what they claim they will. They should be audited.

      Occasional wrong answers are understandable. Charging people for a service where the MAJORITY of answers are incorrect (and they are) and not taken down despite being given multiple "thumbs down" ratings over a long period of time is unacceptable. Your BBB overall rating speaks for itself. But if course, your response is biased, and not surprisingly, no refund or opportunity to resolve the issue was offered. It's clear where your priorities lie. I will be sure to spread the word.

      I was looking for a solution to a problem online, studying, so I ****** it and in other to see the resolution I had to signup. I paid for the membership and after paid did not show me the problem only a screen asking for my information, after providing them my information I got a question and problem but no resolution or guide to resolving the problem, so it was misleading information to the users. I contacted the support for help but did not provide it. They refused to give a refund. This is a fraudulent company, and if anyone has the same problem lets bring them to court so that they stop to do this.

      I have been attempting to close this account but my daughter and I have attempted numerous times to be sent a "forgot password" no email to recover password **** arrive. For months we have attempted to cancel. They automatically take out 31$ from my account every month sometimes 64$. We have not used ***** for over a year but yet can't cancel this. It seems criminal that I can not stop payments or cancel when we signed up over two years ago and have tried to cancel.
      Just read the comments below and you will see this is a scummy company and needs to be stopped from scamming people.

      Somehow they got my parent's card information/email and were continually charging that card monthly at the premium package rate without my knowledge. The process to remove that card was extremely difficult, and I'm just concerned about how this company got my parent's information and card number.
