I received an email from Antares Audio Technology congratulating me on my recent order of their product. Problem is, I never ordered any product or service from them in the first place. I am being threatened with recurring charges on my bank account in two weeks time. There is no way to contact the business to get this rectified either, they rely on a series of endlessly looping 'knowledge base' screens to avoid answering any questions. I am being scammed by a bad business.

The site offers no refunds. I was never alerted that my trial service was about to end. I never got the software to work and canceled the service within 24 hours after noticing I was charged.

Antares charged me for a subscription months after I had already cancelled their monthly service. They refused to provide documentation and claimed they could not find my fraudulent order until I sent them emails of a receipt of something I did not pay for.August 27, 2024 is when they charged me for no reason. I tried to get a refund but the company was scamming me. I wouldnt be surprised if they are doing this to many previous customers. I had not used their platform since March of 2024. $24.99 was taken from my ****** account by ********** on behalf of Antares Audio Technology and they would not reverse the charge, regardless of me not placing the order. Antares was unhelpful, greedy and should probably be probed for these types of charges. An investigation would be the only way to hold them accountable, it seems.I just want a refund for something they charged me for, which I never purchased. Its unfair to take advantage of former customers this way and makes me never want to use their products again.

Company double-charged me for a subscription-based product. When purchased, I was ineligible for a free trial. I needed the product for work so I just went ahead and purchased. Upon activation through their poorly optimized client, it showed that I had two active subscriptions. One being a 14 day trial all under the same account. I assumed that this was a glitch (as the client was already not working properly) and proceeded to return to work. On 7/31, I recognized the company had charged me an additional $24.99 for a monthly based subscription even though I had already paid for the monthly subscription on 7/16.I contacted the company on 8/1 after noticing the charge. Their drop-down-menu-based-support-ticket-system didn't have any of the options I was looking for so I was forced to detail my issue in a message box under an improper category. The company returned my message by stating that the double charge was zero mistake on their part and I was the one who had double charged the account. They explained one charge was a 14 day trial followed by a monthly subscription and the other was an outright transaction for a monthly subscription. I found this a little confusing as initially, I opted for a free trial on this account but they had stated that I was ineligible. But I somehow, on the same account, started a new subscription with a 14 day free trial ON THE SAME DAY. Their policy is zero refunds which feels like a scam. I do feel there are extenuating circumstances that call for thorough investigation/questioning with the customer and this company did none of that. In the same response, the company claimed they would add an additional two months to my account, making my next billing cycle 10/16/24. I then proceeded to check my account and saw that the billing cycle was still 8/16/24. I feel if a company tells you that this has been done it should reflect immediately unless they state otherwise, which they did not.

My PayPal account was charged $24.99 without my consent for a product that was never used. I did not receive any notice of this and have asked the company for a refund and was told in an email they would not refund my money.

I've been using Antares' Auto Tune product and suddenly in February it stopped working and I got a "license expired error" even though I've been paying them monthly and my latest payment went through no issue. I opened a case with the company on February 29th and I still don't have a resolution. I've contacted them multiple times, they eventually refreshed my license and now I'm getting an error when trying to activate it. They closed my case and they won't respond unless I open another, which would be my 3rd case. They deserve to give me a refund since I've been unable to use their product for almost a month, I'm paying for it and now I'm losing clients.

I signed up for the 14 day free trial May 25 2023. It is a subscription for $24.99 a month. All attempts they did to auto debit my account failed until today 7/11/2023. I have not used the software outside of the trial period because my computer stopped working. So since I had no computer to get on I forgot all about it because it should have canceled my subscription the day the first auto renew did not go through. 3 times since May the auto renew failed every time. I received an email saying final notice subscription will be canceled in days if I did not update my payment info. I never updated the payment info and they stated it was final notice and my subscription would be canceled so I thought I was good since I did not want to renew. Not only did they charge me the $24.99 for a subscription that was supposed to be canceled they double charged me. So now they took $49.98 total from me. I want a full refund because they clearly stated in the email that it was final notice that they would cancel my subscription. I have not used the software since the trial period almost 2 months ago. I uploaded multiple screenshots for proof.

Misrepresents customer service support. Non-responsive and retaliatory practices in customer service, leading to customers having inoperable tech with no solution or communication. Fraudulently representing that customer service is available.

I am a small business using Antares software for digital audio creation. I have a subscription to autotune unlimited.i. early Febuary Antares released an update to this software. When I installed the update the software began to malfunction.I have submitted over 20 support ticket,I have received the same information over and over.I ha e attempted to contact by phone to no avail, the mailbox is full on what appears to be a cell phone. The live chats are bots that say the same thing g over and over. In the last communication which happened May 14th, they simply closed the support ticket without even acknowledging my issue. I pay 25 Usd for the service,I am reluctant to cancel the subscription because without the software I cannot complete the projects I started with the software.

They will trick you into a subscription even though you dont use the product. Canceling the subscription is less than easy. Once you are charged they will refuse a refund although you have not used the product you paid for.
