I see this is an ongoing problem from past complaints. My daughter got a two week trial as instructed by her music teacher to try out and learn about how autotune works. We then followed the instructions to *** to cancel. 7 months later I notice they have been charging a credit card that I haven't been using. 7 months of $25 charges for something we canceled and never used. I have talked with them several times over email, twice they say they are working on a solution, then stop responding to my emails 2 months ago. Can't get a person on the phone. They have scammed a disabled single parent and that is shameful.

Last year (2021) I signed up for an Auto-Tune Unlimited Yearly subscription for $174.99. However, shortly after purchasing my membership, I took a hiatus from music and was no longer interested in using the software/service. However, while taking a break from making music, I was unaware that my account was still active. TODAY, nearly a full year later, my yearly subscription was RENEWED and my debit card was automatically charged the $174.99. I promptly rushed to the website to cancel my membership (same day) and speak with support about the issue, so that I could have my money back, being that I will not be using the software/service AT ALL. However, no one has reached out to me. When I went to the Customer Support section, I also noticed "NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES" posted in numerous places, which made me very uneasy, especially considering they just took a bunch of my money without my knowledge. To make things worse, their listed business phone number goes straight to email their voicemail inbox is completely full during business hours. I just want my money back. I don't want to use the software/service IN ANY CAPACITY. This is for License #: *****************************

I reached out to this company regarding a fraudulent account. I explained someone hacked my email and created an account. I emailed them because calling their line doesn't allow me to speak to someone about the issue. I want this account closed not just a subscription ended. They didn't charge my cards because I blocked my bank. They charged their own. I reached out letting them know a ******* *** and **** ****** are on this account. He had paid for something and had it address to his home with name. This account is in their name but my email because they hacked me. I will include documents of this. I tried submitting a contact ticket but it wanted me to enter information i don't have because I'm not a member. There is no contact number listed also. When I emailed them they replied back to contact order processing but I can't do that because it ask for stuff like a daw number. I don't know what that is.

I got a trial for ************, believing that after 14 days I would pay for it or end my trial. I could not get the software to work, and could not reach anyone at IT so no one helped me from Antares. So I deactivated ************, a week later I was charged and have made many attempts to contact someone to refund me and have not been able to. The problem is not that I did not deactivate or unsubscribe, but rather that they ignored the fact I did and still charged me. I am seeking a full refund for this incorrect charge. I hope that I am able to get refunded. They have been very unhelpful online.

On August 14, 2022, I signed up online for a 14 day free trial of Antares software named ******************. Terms stated that the subscription could be canceled at anytime within the free period without being charged. After 3 days I decided to cancel my subscription and attempted to do so at company website. It seemed to work as expected, but I did not receive a confirmation email. However, I was surprised when my ****** account was charged 12 days later for ******. I immediately went on to the company website again, and sure enough my subscription now showed to be active. I once again attempted to cancel, only this time I was met with error messages from their website. I reached out to the company and they simply stated they could find no attempt to cancel my subscription and would not refund my purchase. I saved screen shots of the error messages.
