      SCAM!!!!!!!! The pharmacist refused to accept my GoodRx coupon. The medication was $64.25 with my GoodRx coupon. Pharmacist tried to charge me over $300!!!!!!!! She said that the price isn't always the same as on GoodRx. I can see if it a few dollars difference. But a $240 difference?!?! SCAM!!!!!!!! GOODRX IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!

      Got an email this morning from Good RX stating that I had ***** reward points that were due to expire. Within an hour of that email, I went into my account and ********************** already took away those points! Called **************** and was told that once expired (taken away) they can't be reinstated. But according to the email, they weren't yet expired! Also I was never told that you need to use the Mobile App to get the points to begin with. Now I find out from **************** that unless you use the Mobile App, you won't earn points by using Good RX. If this program is to promote business and develop a good relationship with Good RX, they are failing miserably. Good RX is now Bad RX.

To locate the ID type "debugme" in the search bar, then tap the "Settings" tab, scroll down and tap the Debug row.       Hello BBB and/or Good RX. Thank you for sending the "Business Comment" . . . . . useless, however, I must say. I called the number given (888.799.2553) and spoke to Shaun who stated that "once points are expired, they cannot be recovered. Period." So, Good RX says to contact them so they can look into recovering the reward points, and then I am blatantly told that they cannot be recovered. As far as jumping through the hoops also listed in Good RX's reply, are you kidding me?! Why . . . . . when as a Senior Citizen I'm not technologically savvy to even do so. If earning reward points is supposed to be an incentive to use Good RX over all their competitors, Good RX is failing in this regard. This may be one of the reasons Good RX is not in the top list of contenders.

      They've backed off from prescribing antibiotics for sinus infections and URIs. They're also not open about it, no matter how direct you are with asking customer service about it. They ********** you complete a conversation with an AI who tells you that GoodRX "doesn't yet treat this". If you try to access the "Cold and Flu" provider visit you will be directed to a 404 error. They should be honest that they refuse to prescribe for probably the most common medical concern there is before they take your monthly fee. SHADY.

      Was unable to complete paperwork to move forward, and the monthly charge is still coming out of my account. Will not be forgiven the ***** fee. We have health issues and am unable to afford any financial losses at this time. My husband has cancer, in chemo treatment and I just had to have knee replacement due to an accident. I cannot afford the rx savers financial non- service.

      I made an appointment this morning and unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to explain my condition better, the doctor said "Based on your medical history, we aren't able to treat you for rosacea. Certain types of rosacea need in-person care and I am concerned there is something else causing your symptoms. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Being seen by a primary care provider or a dermatologist is the best option for you."

      But I had already consulted in the past with a dermatologist (***********************************************) who diagnosed me with rosacea, I asked to send more photos with more details and she closed the service, not giving me the opportunity to prove that I really have this disease. I would just like a refill of the medicine.

      So because of this rude treatment, I would like to get my money back.

      1. You have to pay upfront for your medication, when you join. The big problem is that you won't receive the medication for 2-4 weeks. So if you need the med right away, you have to use another source. Thus, delaying treatment.2.I tried to phone customer service 2 days in a row at about ****** cst. and heard the message that they were closed. I couldn't leave a message either time, because their mailbox was full. Their hours of operations are said to be 9-5 Mon - Thurs. and shorter hours on Friday. This is unacceptable.

      Through the past several years, GoodRx has saved me hundreds, if not thousands on prescriptions. If you fill prescriptions (and who doesn't,) you owe it to yourself to check out this service. While some of my scrips are 100% covered by my insurance, those requiring a copay often cost much less with GoodRx. So easy to use: just type in your medication and you'll get pricing at pharmacies near you. The website recently added additional services such as telemedicine services and a"Gold" plan, but I have no experience with them, and I suppose some of the negative reviews and complaints here have resulted from that. But the ability to price-shop your meds and save is a blessing. Never has a pharmacy insisted that I must use insurance instead of GoodRx, nor pay a higher price than theirs. This is a wonderful service first recommended to me by my physician.

      Said they credited my credit card 41.40 for script that was wrong that they sent to me by mistake and *********** said good Rx never credited my account. Customer service reps were no help kept saying it was straightened out and the next day I would get a text tht they cancelled my order. That happened 5 times!!!!!! My doctor's office was very frustrated as was I. I will NEVER deal with those untruthful people ever again and am warning everyone I know about them

      Needed a prescription that was hundreds of dollars, goodrx said it could save us a couple hundred, but said I had to sign up for free 30 day trial of good rx gold. So I did. Then the pharmacy wouldn't accept the coupon. I canceled the gold account, and on the account, it even says it's canceled, yet it charged me last month $19.99 plus tax, and is trying to charge me again this month, even though we never got to use the app, and I canceled the account. Please help.

      Until today, I would have given GoodRx a 4 or 5, but as of today, I will not be using GoodRx ever again. They have made it a requirement now that a pharmacy cannot deliver a prescription purchased with GoodRx. I'm not sure if this applies only to "GOLD" pharmacies for GoodRx, but it makes the service worthless to me!

      My husband always drove because my vision is too poor for me to drive now. So, I have no way to go pick up prescriptions. When I tried to check out my prescription at CVS, which gives free delivery of most health items to CarePass ******** it said delivery wasn't available with this plan and the pharmacist said they couldn't deliver any GoodRx prescriptions anymore. Well, this makes it useless to me!

      I'm sure they did this to get more people to sign up for their $19.99 per MONTH Gold plan which delivers/mails prescriptions.

      However, Mark Cuban's CostPlus online pharmacy does deliver/mail and I've already started to move my prescriptions to that pharmacy. The first one went quickly and smoothly.

      I'm going to start telling anyone I know that GoodRx is now playing the same "profit is all that matters" game as the rest of the pharmaceutical industry. I now recommend Mark Cuban's CostPlus online pharmacy strongly over GoodRx!
