Good RX is the stupidest thing out there.how can they and drug companies have some of the dumbest rules out there if you buy five pens of Treseba it's $86.00 but if your only prescribed 4 it's $ ****** are they trying to show their brain dead stupidity. Most things you buy in life if you buy less it's cheaper must be that new math they teach stupid people these days.GoodRx

We understand your frustration with medication pricing, ****; it's part of the reason we started GoodRx. GoodRx coupon prices are tied to the cash price of a medication, which means they can fluctuate and aren't always predictable. Since Tresiba is sold in packs of 3 or 5 pens they are often cheaper to buy, than a specialty order of 4 pens. Have been trying to delete my account for two days after receiving their offensive FTC notice. Their site works fine, however they are conveniently unable to process my request to delete my account when I select that option. Run.GoodRx

Today was one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever encountered with GOODRX's Coupon Service.Because both my mom (92) and I (67) are on ********* with NO drug coverage, I've use GoodRX primarily for our meds, ever since becoming familiar with the company and its advantages.As I've done in the past, I entered the seven (7) prescriptions that had recently been sent to the Rite Aid in my area, following a great deal of time price comparing other local pharmacies. (Six (6) of the prescriptions were for my 92 year-old mom.)Because my mom and I don't have drug coverage and rely primarily on GoodRX, as well as am aware that the pricing can fluctuate often, I requested a six (6) month, 180-day supply, from our doctor, for each our medications. (Our doctor honored our request, since they are medications we take regularly.) I queried each drug, putting in the required information requesting 180 tablets for each. In return, I was presented with a coupon indicating the name, strength, and quantity along with pricing for those 180 tabs.I took "screenshots" of each of the coupons, after seeing that Rite Aid had the most competitive pricing, and then contacted the pharmacy, (Rite Aid), providing them with the coupon information for each of the prescriptions needed.Imagine my surprise when the pharmacy manager and/or tech gave me different pricing than what was indicated on the coupons, informing me that MY medication was being kicked out of the system and I could only get 90 tabs, yet my mom's medications were going through.It wasn't until I contacted GoodRX customer service and was INFORMED that the policy is that only a one or 3-month supplies are permitted. I SAW NOTHING THAT INDICATED THAT POLICY and when I reiterated it to both the pharmacy AND GoodRX customer service/advocacy, it seems their hands were tied! IF it would have been INDICATED SOMEWHERE that 6-month supplies of meds are NEVER an option, it would have lessened the aggravation for everyone!GoodRx

This company fraudulently charged my card for several months. It signed me up for the gold plan without my consent. It charged my card without my consent. It wont allow me to delete my credit card info. I reported the fraud to my bank, who investigated, cancelled my card and provided a new one. GoodRx then obtained my new card number without my permission, and signed me up for a new gold plan. I did not give them my new card number. I did not sign up for a plan. I cancelled the plan again. Their help number is just a scam to get you to sign up for something else. I cannot delete my personal information from the site.
I reported this company to BBB, but they closed the case stating that they couldn't find a business with this name.GoodRx

1 starI will never use GoodRx again after today's announcement by the FTC that GoodRx has agreed to pay a $1.5 million fine and take various steps to ensure that it no longer shares health data for advertising purposes, that it obtains user consent to share health data for other reasons, and that it makes an effort to get the third parties with whom it previously shared data to delete that data.Review fromKerry L

I looked in to creating an account with ********************** thinking it was free and wanted to compare prices for my ailing father. I never finished the sign up process though so didn't think anything of it. ****** on my part. I was signed up for the gold plan and was charged $**** without even having completed a profile. Because my credit card is in my apple wallet they had no problem charging me. It was a pain to cancel as I didn't even have a profile set up. So I had to create a profile just to cancel an account that I didn't sign up for in the first place. I'm just out the money and will never use this website again. It all felt like a trick.GoodRx

The absolute WORST!
Made an appt for acne. Explained my previous issues and advised what had worked in the past. After never even speaking to me to discuss or gain clarity, I was prescribed a milder version of what I advised I had taken before (antibiotic) along with the weakest version of a ** cleanser and acne gel. Neither are as effective as over the counter meds. I messaged the team complaining the meds were not working. At first I was advised to just use it longer which was a complete waste of time as my acne was too aggressive for the prescribed meds, I was offered another acne cream (after complaining twice). I agreed and then *** in escalations completely ignored my reply. No one from that team ever responded back. That was Nov 5th, today is 12/6. Here are the names of all involved:

I was charged and diagnosed with a UTI. Never was given the link to view prescription she prescribed. Chat was ended even when I asked where the link is to get my medication at a pharmacy near me. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!!GoodRx
