      The aligners fixed my bite problem but did not straighten my crooked teeth. When I reached out to further my treatment, I was told I had to go to the dentist for them to give me more aligners. Going to the dentist was never part of the plan I signed up for. I asked for a partial refund for the rest of my treatment since my teeth are still crooked. They refused any kind of refund at all. They said they are not able to give refunds. I know they can. I paid in full up front for the service and would like some compensation for still having crooked teeth.

      I have been back and forth with Byte Dental about receiving a refund because I provided them with my dentists notes that I cannot continue to use them because their Aligners have caused me dental issues and pain that I did not have before. It is impossible to reach them besides email because their app and phones do not work.

      Refuse to provide me the products and services I have already paid for. Changed their policy without providing a new Terms and Service for customers/patients to approve. Withholding all future service due to discrimination against my disabled/no-income status. Refuses to refund me for the service they are unwilling to provide.

      I was really excited to start this journey to fix my teeth I got to tray 15 and didnt see no changes I took pictures every week and no difference the aligners werent really fitting had had lots of pain to the point I got to ER cause I had spasms. I sended emails but they said its normal I feel like is definitely not I also have periodontal disease so I think it will get it worst. I think this was a bad choice I made and is better getting treatment with a doctor that checks regularly. I also never got the rest of treatment. Im trying to get my full refund. Dont recommend this at all

      ******** company! They are a scam. They s**** peoples teeth up. They messed my teeth up sooo bad and even my jaw to the point that I cannot even bite down normally. My teeth in the front shifted straight but the ones in the back are all messed up and not straight, that is what they dont tell you. Now my back teeth are not lining up correctly on the top and bottom and my bite is extremely messed up to the point that I cannot even close my mouth because my jaw is messed up. They were under *** investigation and are now under law suits. There customer service people on the phone calls are no help. THEY FALSE ADVERTISED. THEY MESSED MY TEETH AND MY JAW UP COMPLETELY. My dentist said the only way to fix my teeth now is with braces they also screwed up my gums so bad that I had bleeding multiple times. My rear teeth are hitting each other on the top and bottom and are chipping as well. I warn EVERYONE STAY AWAY.

      I did and I keep getting the same fake email response from you guys saying you cant refund me. You guys damaged my teeth, jaw, and gums. I sent over my doctors note. Now issue me my refund.

      Complaint Against Byte and ****************** (Dentsply Sirona)Subject: Ongoing Treatment Failures, Breach of Guarantee, and Request for Full Refund I am filing this complaint due to an extremely distressing and unresolved experience with Byte, a clear aligner company owned by Dentsply Sirona. I began treatment with Byte in September 2022, under the promise of a 16-week treatment plan, full clinical oversight, and a satisfaction guarantee.Despite complying with all treatment protocolsincluding consistent use of aligners and the HyperByte device, regular photo check-ins, and prompt communication about fit issuesI remain in treatment more than 2.5 years later. Byte has failed to complete my treatment, even after refinement aligners, and has not resolved the fit issues I reported as early as May 2023.Throughout this time, I have made every effort to cooperate and follow instructions from Bytes clinical team. I submitted all required documentation, including photos and X-rays, and followed every recommendation made by their representatives. Despite this, Byte stopped all treatment activities company-wide in October 2024, leaving me mid-treatment with unaddressed bite issues and additional tooth damage caused by their ************ Byte has refused to complete my treatment or issue a refund. And was informed that I would need to pay additional fees to continuea demand made without any legitimate explanation, even though Byte has failed to fulfill the original treatment agreement or honor its so-called guarantee.This is a clear case of:Breach of contract and false advertising, as the treatment was marketed as 16 weeks but has spanned more than 2 years.Negligence, as the company discontinued care mid-treatment with no remedy for patients.Deceptive business practices, including refusal to issue a refund or address the dental harm caused during treatment.

      My daughter completed Bytes aligner treatment and followed all the instructions, including wearing her retainers for 22 hours a day for the first two weeks. Despite this, the retainers broke shortly after she started using them. When we reached out for support, the clinical team questioned her compliance and ultimately refused to replace the retainers, saying she voided the lifetime warranty.This feels like a clear attempt to avoid responsibility. Its extremely frustrating that they assume customer error without proof, despite clear communication that she followed all instructions. Beware their warranty isn't as reliable as it seems, and customer service is more focused on blame than solutions.

      If I could give 0 stars, I would. I paid in full ($1699.00) for my treatment on 11/25/2022.This s***** business refuses to continue my treatment even though my teeth aren't fully aligned. I've contacted customer service various times, and all I get in return is "We've escalated your issue" BS. I wonder what ignorant response I'll get now.

      Horrible experience. Byte made my teeth worse than before treatment, then refused to assist at multiple steps in the process. They have paused service on me multiple times. They then directed me to contact my dentist to provide further details on my service, but my dentist determined Byte was not a good fit for me. Then refused to refund me. Avoid at all costs.

      This has been a HORRIBLE experience with Byte. I was provided with 15 trays for my teeth, which was supposed to have corrected my teeth overlapping, but my teeth are still crooked. They have given me a lot of runaround and inadequate information, and still no resolution since October 2024. I have requested a refund and still nothing! I am expected to pay a $3300 loan for terrible service, and unsatisfactory treatment outcomes. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE...!!!!
