      Been dealing with BYTE for two years now, customer service is terrible, they take forever to return emails and at this point the information that is coming back to me is not even accurate with regard to what upper and lower aligners I'm on. One feels dismissed, ignored and as if their office is chaos. My teeth have responded well but it's taking way too long for minor adjustments. Customer service is not sharp or with it. Super frustrated and weary of the whole ordeal. I should have spent the extra money and just went with Invisalign. 😡

      Hello Gigi, we can understand your frustrations. Every person's anatomy is different and sometimes teeth can be a bit more stubborn than we anticipated. That means that we may have to adjust our approach. Every customer is covered for additional adjustments at no extra cost as long as treatment guidelines have been followed.       Don't do it!!!! The customer service was amazing in the beginning they were calling and texting to check in. Once they got all the money it's non existent. They no longer take phone calls. When you call the customer service number it's a recording that directs you to email them. I've emailed called texted and Facebook messaged, begging to speak to a live person regarding m daughters treatment and have gotten nowhere. Her teeth are still messed up and we are out thousands of dollars! I'm considering hiring a lawyer. RUN, don't walk as far away from this company as possible

      07/18//2022 The aligner company BYTE has ceased taking all calls, chats, text messages or any other form of communication as promised on their website and through their app. I am seeking my last set of aligners that I have paid for and the company does not respond. I am not able to communicate with them and am fully paid but have no way to order my final upper aligners. Their phone appears to not accept phone callsit hangs up. Their promise to return and respond to emails in a few days is not being kept. I would like the products I have paid for.
