  If you are looking to be ripped off, this is the perfect site for you. Misleading billing (significantly over planned amount), and on top of that zero qualified candidates. I am not rating them low because of the lack of candidates, it is because of their misleading billing. After speaking to customer service, I was told there was nothing they could do about it, "but the job is closed now so you won't be further billed"...... Will never use again and would suggest not wasting your time or money either, especially if you are a small business.

  We paid $1100 for a couple month service and only received applicants that had every letter in the alphabet for the name. The names don't even look legit and they didn't even seem like real people. This website is a scam, DO NOT USE THIS FOR HIRING!

  These people do not care to fix their website and app. Completely unable to apply for jobs at all. Other apps don't have as much selection as this one does in my area. You click the 1-tap apply button, gives you an error, you click the button when you want to apply externally on the companys site through ziprecruiter, it gives an error. Every single time. I took steps to ensure the problem was not on my end. I made sure my phone and apps were all updated, I reinstalled the app, my internet connection is great, there are no permissions preventing anything from happening or whatever. Despite reporting the issue multiple times and telling them I took these steps they still try to gaslight me and tell me nothing is wrong with their app and that I have to check my internet connection blah blah blah despite me telling them I did all that. Skip that step cause I already troubleshooted myself because I know how script reading customer service people are. The issue needs to be taken higher because it is not an issue to be handled by customer service. Also, there are other reviews from people talking about the exact same issue. And there are also forums with a lot of people talking about it as well. There is more than enough proof to show this is a widespread issue. This is not an isolated incident. I just got laid off and I'm getting errors on an app/site that has not been fixed. They ignored the reports and reviews for months despite the fix being only an afternoon project. It's not some huge thing they need to dish out tons of money for. Someone on payroll should have been on it as soon as reports started coming in but they ignored it. People who run this business are completely incompetent, ignorant, tone deaf, and out of touch. It's unacceptable. They put out ads all over and pay for that but can't pay for someone in IT to take time to fix the issue. Too many businesses are like this in the ** today and it's not okay in the slightest.

  ZipRecuiter has always been the job forum that I heard about the most. So I downloaded the app to, due to health issues, look for a remote job. It took a little while but I finally got a message from a company that was interested. We went through the whole hiring process, I was given the job agreement and things were going good. I put my 2 weeks in at my other job and after my 2 weeks were up and it was time for me to start my new job, I found out that the job was a scam. My first experience with ZipRecruiter I get a fake job. Now, I am sitting here jobless and unable to pay rent or other bills. I think they should do a better job of screening the jobs that get posted. Thank you ZipRecruiter. Will you be able to pay my bills this month??

  Now not only will I not get the job I applied for, there's zero change I will be able to apply in the future, all because ziprecruiter no longer allows us to change the application, that last application is still there, but its customized to completely different job! They didn't even have the decency to tell me this first. Making it look to the employer like I made the mistake. And you stupid bot is useless!!!!!! So sorry I ever used ziprecutier, they not only didn't help me find a job, they sabotaged my job search!!!!!!They deserve zero stars!!!!

  What a worse recruiter we ever hire inflate the bills. We got one candidate that even close to what we need! Never hire this recruiter take money right away without no outcome! **** on small business like us charge outrageous amount for no result. **** and take so much money for no result what a scam!

  fraudulent business practices and company that prays on small businesses. Signed up for free trial and ziprecruiter said I would be notified before the trial ended and I was never notified. I never got any quality candidates and was charged almost $2400. I called and they said there was nothing they could do to help.

  They ignore your criteria for job preference, leaving you with junk results, so I am going to look elsewhere for an job ********** Many Miles do you want to commute?What Job Positions do you want to pursue?How many Hours do you want to work per day? Part or Full Time?How many days do you want to work, which will affect the minimum wage per year?My Wage is lower than 15 Grand.Address your Mental Disability.

  Terrible experience. Signed up for a free trial. It said I would be notified before the trial ended and I was never notified. I never got any quality candidates and was charged almost $300. I called and they said there was nothing they could do to help. I posted on Indeed and got a guy hired with experience for free in 5 days. I will continue to use Indeed after this kind of experience and customer service.
