5 starsVery professional and knowledgeable, presented information in a direct understandable manner each step of inspection and then treatment. Pictures were taken of the termite presence in attic and I was shown same evidence around exterior of home and out structures. Given a solid quote that did not change when treatment was complete. 1 starWe had Xtermite apply a preventative wood treatment to an ADU under construction. We thought that they would use a proprietary product that required a license to apply. They used ***-Bor which is non toxic, easy to spray and available, inexpensively, at Amazon. It took one man several hours to spray all the surfaces. Any homeowner with a sprayer could accomplish the job. They charged the outrageous price of $2,875. Buyer Beware! - ****Review fromKim V
