1 starI had an extremely frustrating experience with ***************************** Company ***** a management company that fell significantly short of expectations, specifically regarding a request to have our condominium's jacuzzi repaired. Despite reaching out to them three months ago concerning the issue, the resolution process has been anything but smooth.The company has dispatched numerous service personnel to address the problem, but it quickly became evident that the quality of these workers was lacking. They were unable to diagnose that the underlying issue was with the jacuzzi's timer, which prolonged the discomfort and inconvenience.What exacerbates the situation is the company's administrative handling of service requests. The administrators I interacted with appeared to lack both experience and understanding of the issues brought to their attention. This ignorance is not only frustrating but also decreases confidence in their ability to manage properties effectively.Additionally, ***************************** Company ****'s fee structure is exorbitant, considering the level of service provided. It's bewildering how they justify their rates when their response to maintenance requests is so inept. For the prices they charge, one would expect a far superior service, characterized by efficiency, professionalism, and expertisenone of which were delivered in my case.In summary, my experience with ***************************** Company **** has been disappointing and aggravating. Their inability to resolve a seemingly straightforward maintenance request, combined with a lack of competent administrational support and unjustifiably high fees, has led me to question their suitability as a management company. Those considering their services should proceed with caution and perhaps look elsewhere for a company that values customer satisfaction and delivers on their promises.Ross Morgan & Company, Inc.

Hi ******,Thank you for communicating your concerns to us. As you have noted in your review, the spa vendor was dispatched to the property multiple times to identify the issue. We rely on the licensed experts to find the breakdown of equipment on the spa if its not running as it should. If the vendor dispatched to the property is unable to repair the issue in a timely manner, we look to alternative vendors to identify the source of the problem. We are not licensed to guide on spa repairs and identify what may be causing a jacuzzi issue however our role is to work through the repair process with the vendor assigned and HOA board. If you can please provide your property address, that would be great. We would like to follow up with the spa vendor and dig deeper into what occurred to cause the delay in this repair.Review fromLouis S

5 starsRoss Morgan & Company is a top notch association management company. We've been using them for 7 years and ****** is our go to but everyone on staff that we've used has been great. They answer our requests in a very timely fashion, are knowledgable and have good contacts for all things home ownership related. Their charges are fair and definitely competitive with any out there. They make our lives much easier with their dedicated services providing maintenance help or recommendations, financial and insurance documents and anything else that has been requested. 5 starsAraz is wonderful! Since she stepped in to take charge of our community, I have found that as an owner she goes the extra mile to make sure the repairs, upkeep, etc. are running smoothly. It's a sincere pleasure to work with ****, she is always attentive and professional with the board members and owners. 5 starsI am extremely impressed with **** Morgan. *************************** and ************************* are amazing people who are not only efficient and beyond competent , they work hard for the benefit of all involved, whether it be home owners, hoa, board or tenants I have owned several units in different buildings in LA county and dealt with many different management companies . I can honestly say ****-morgan with **** and ***** at the helm , are without any doubt ; *********** any other companies and employees. 1 starGuys, think twice before signing an agreement with those folks because after signing, ***** be in a losing position. They use the cheapest contractors, and homeowners get the worst service possible. Besides that, the staff at **** Morgan are ignorant and rude and dont care about homeowners' problems. Our sprinklers are leaking in a dozen places, and Ive been trying to resolve this for over two months; they are not even replying to my emails and ignoring my calls. However, their service isnt cheap, and they are raising prices for no reason. Please stay away from them; there are many companies out there that provide quality services.Ross Morgan & Company, Inc.

5 stars***************************** is an AMAZING manager in Ross Morgan & Company! Someone broke our building Garage Gate Entry Key Hole and I couldnt use my key to open the garage gate anymore! Called and emailed ****** and he responded immediately in a few seconds with email! Amazing help and service! He was very patient and explained the keys hole has been fixed, but for some reasons my key doesnt insert inside this key hole at all, I decided to buy a Brand New Garage Remote Control instead! AGAIN ****** was very patient and wrote all the details how to buy this Remote Control from Express ********* and gave me the secret code, he also wrote down details telling me how to adjust the positions up and down clearly with this remote control! Unfortunately I called the Express LockSmith and the owner does not have the remote control I need until 6 days later, ****** suggested me to get this remote control in other Hardware store with detail of which one to get!Finally bought a brand new Remote Control with Warrens detail instructions from a different LockSmith! BINGO, I can open this Garage Gate smoothly without problems with my Brand New Remote Control! What a relief!***************************** is a smart genius! 1 star**** Morgan manages the building where I own a condo.The condo owners have not received the 12/31/2020 and 12/31/2021 *** reviewed *** financial statements. I asked **** Morgan for the *** financial statements. **** Morgan 1) ignores me, 2) tells me that statements are in progress or 3) says that the data is not available from the previous property manager. I contacted the previous property manager; the property manager said that there was no request for information from **** Morgan.********** law requires the issuance of *** reviewed *** financial statements within 120 days of year end. The 12/31/2020 and 12/31/2021 *** financial statements should have been issued long ago.I asked **** Morgan the name of the *** firm conducting the review of *** statement. **** Morgan will not tell me the name of the *** firm.I filed a complaint against **** Morgan with the ********************* of **** Estate.I do not recommend **** Morgan.************, ***Ross Morgan & Company, Inc.

Hi ***,We have been corresponding continuously on this matter. As you know, we started management in April 2022 and the prior management companies did not complete the *** reviews for 2021 & 2020. We have been working with the prior management companies to obtain the information needed to present to the *** so they can work on the financial reviews. Complicating matters further is that the association has been through 3 separate management companies in the past two years. We of course are working on the 2022 review at the same time.
