    I was JUST Informed by **** Wireless that PROSPER WIRELESS is a SCAM!!!! I just informed them that they were w SCAM and the young man got an ATTITUDE!!! Told ME to Tell **** that I no longer wanted to be a part of the *** Program through Prosper Wireless like they were ACTUALLY a LEGIT Company/Business!!! I told them to Kick Rocks and Hung Up. I can't give them ANY Stars as they are NOT Legit. DANG IT!!! It makes you leave at Least 1 Star.

    I was on the a..program for my mobile phone service. My a.. benefit was transferred from my cell provider to prosper wireless without my authorization. In addition, i have no proper wireless account and my acp that I was receiving was transferred. My a.. benefits were transferred, but not activated, because I have no account with **********************. I have lost multiple months of my a.. discount. I am a retired senior on low income, causing me financial difficulties and stress.The number that a.. gave me to prosper wireless that transferred my service is an invalid phone number. The number associated with the a.. benefit transfer from my cell provider to prosper is (248) -

    This company somehow has obtained my personal information and is now contacting me (by mail) about de-enrollment and service termination of an ACP benefit that I never signed up for with this company. Reading other reviews here, it seems that others have had the same or worse happen with them as it relates to Prosper Wireless. Prosper Wireless should not be able to disturb peoples sense of security like this.

    They comitted fraud against me and used my personal information and ACP number to send someone a tablet and get free internet. Have already reported to FTC. This has costed me already ******. And im a disabled senior on a very low fixed income.when i called them to report it all they did was transfer me around in circles.

    Before I start my review please allow me to say that when I pulled up the company Prosper Wireless I was surprised to see that there have been many others in my horrible position. Prosper Wireless should be investigated. I received an email from my internet provider (Xfinity) today 1/17/2024 notifying that my ACP benefits would be discontinued as of last month because someone FRAUDULENTLY opened an account in my name with Prosper Wireless. The FRAUDULENT account kicked me off from my Xfinity ACP program account. I made contact with Xfinity who intern told me to contact ACP, ACP gave me the name and the telephone number of the company Prosper Wireless that the account was FRAUDELENTLY opened. I contacted Prosper Wireless, they told me to contact Xfinity and have Xfinity to submit a Transfer Exception Worksheet. I called Xfinity and was connected with Xfinitys Security. They told me that it is not up to Xfinity to submit any forms to ACP it would be Prosper Wireless that should submit the correct forms to ACP, and close out the FRAUDULENT account. I contacted ********************** again and was hung up on twice! This has me looking like Im the bad guy because now I am unable to get the credit from ACP that I deserve and someone else is getting my ACP credit fraudulently. I just want the FRAUDELENT account closed with **********************. This is so unfair and has caused me a lot of stress. Why was the fraudulent account opened and I was already on the program and kicked me off? If I have to go through all of this to get my account rectified how did the fraudulent person set up an account with ********************** and have me removed from Xfinity? Please, Please, Please, Please help me to resolve this matter.

    I cant believe all of the reviews I have seen regarding this company!!!!!! I was enrolled Fraudulently on 11/21/23 with a wireless/tablet service with Prosper Wireless. I called ACP to find out my services were being transferred to Prosper Wireless and they told me my social security number had been used to open a cell phone line through Prosper Wireless LLC. I contacted Prosper Wireless LLC and they refused to give me any information on who opened this account. I hung up and called again and another rep told me the date it was opened with Prosper. This is horrible and Prosper LLC is running a scam with a government agency to fraudulently give people free tablets. I looked up the phone number that was issued with my personal information. They refused to give me any other information (Of course because they are the scammers) I have contacted Equifax, Experian, TransUnion and have set up a freeze which will make it hard to get through. I will also be filing this with my attorney and she will move forward to file a suit against Prosper Wireless LLC. There headquarters are in ********!!!!

    I got an email saying my ACP program was switched to another carrier called Prosper wireless. I called my provider to ask them what the heck is going on and they stated that that company said I wanted to switch. I have never even heard of this company and spent 4 hours of my time trying to get this straightened out. The guy at Prosper said he could not help me unless I provided my social security number for security purposes. Now spectrum had to cancel my account and make a new one and no telling how long it will take to get my ACP back after having to re-apply. And the people at Prosper seemed to have all my personal information so no telling what the next scam they pull will be. Thank God that Spectrum notified me of the change provider order or else I would have had no clue I had been hacked.We need to all figure out as a group on BBB to find out what we have in common to find out how they accessed our information. I could not even find a legit website for anything named Prosper wireless.

    This company has illegally set up a account in my name on more than one occasion to get ACP. I dont have a phone, tablet or anything from the government or free or through them. They not getting a penalty for doing this as to why they keep doing it. They just letting us file a complaint to shut us up. Ive been through this with this company several times. Its illegal and nothing being done.
