Generally like the tool but don't like the aspect I can't see the actual credit score. Having a combined "tenant score" is good to give a big picture view of the prospective tenant, but landlords/agents don't need the software getting in the way of seeing the actual credit score. That is a hindrance, not a help.RentSpree, Inc.

Hello Bob, thank you for your feedback and review. Please note, TransUnion, who generates the credit report, uses a Resident Score that is calculated based on the applicant's credit history. This score is tailored specifically for the rental industry and is helpful in predicting renter outcomes. I like the screening for credit and background. Could improve in with the following: 1. Include a authorization to release tenant information with their signature 2. Section that list other occupants instead of a Tenant section 3. Pet Section to indicate the breed and age of the pet 4. A place where the applicant can upload employment offer letters, DL and paystubs for verification of their employment. 5. Instead of using the CAN deny letter a way to Deny the applicant and not send or email your own response.RentSpree, Inc.

Time saving and efficient. Once you have an applicant this tool makes it easy for you to receive applications, supporting documents and the ability to communicate with applicants. Finally the application allows you to except or reject applications.RentSpree, Inc.

As trusting landlords, unfortunately, we've been burned by irresponsible renters recently. Therefore, I went in search of a way that didn't cost a fortune to vet new prospects. RentSpree was a Godsend! The whole process was quick and easy and gave us real piece of mind about our new renter! The only suggestion I have for improvement would be to copy the landlord on everything the (prospective) tenant gets, as far as applications ... it just kind of left me in the dark until they completed it.RentSpree, Inc.
