I really like the financial details. It gives me a better idea of the paying patterns of the tenants. I would like to ask if the form can be more flexible to the applicants due to working more than one places. Lots of times, the applicants misunderstand how to fill it out if they do multiple works/jobs/incomes.

All is good with rent spree BUT what my clients & I didnt like is having to pay for the same report the 2nd time around becasue the address of the property was different.
My client was upset about that which reflected poorly on me. Thats not ok at all.
I'm going to call RentSpree to see if you guys would credit my client back for the first report.

As a landlord, I think this is a great service and the customer service is also great. When I had a question about whether e-documents had been delivered to my prospective tenant, I called and spoke to Victoria. She was extremely helpful, pleasant, and patient. This is a new service to me and I am from the generation that is perhaps not as savvy with technology. While I typed things in on my end, Victoria waited patiently on the line, even though I'm pretty sure it was the end of her work day. My problem was solved and she invited me to call her the next day if I had any more issues. I can only speak for the service I used, which was a credit and background screening, but because this was such a positive experience, I am certainly open to trying other services if needed in the future. This was my first time using the program. I was impressed how fast and easy it was. I do have to point out that the application needs to have the information of other occupants that will be occupying the property like the children, names, DOB, etc. It is also necessary for tenants to upload their last month's paystubs, their IDs and W2s. I had to still request this before I could approve their application and this took a couple of days for me to receive. I appreciate that this included eviction and background check.
