I ordered a Flipping fish cat toy and now they are charging my credit card with what appears to be a monthly reoccurring charge of $39.95. There must have been a hidden subscription offer that I did not see. I did not knowingly approve any reoccurring charges or services. I have contacted them asking them to credit my credit card for the $39.95. I saw on your site that this is something others have had happen to them also.Business Response

I purchased a stupid cat toy (a fish that is supposed to flop around) that does not even work and I never seen anything about subscribing to anything and now I have been getting charged ***** each month, March 10th, April 10th and now May 8th! I received a charge on 1/31/23 of $19.90, 3/4/23 of $39.95, 4/3/23 of $39.95 and 5/3/23 of $39.95. I have no idea at all what these charges are. I ordered 5$ cat toy and also hit free shipping and they charged me 20$ so I immediately emailed to cancel them like their ad said I had 24 hrs and they refused to give me my money back! This business is charging people for a hidden subscription to something .I don't know what for .I'm being charged ***** and another for ***** to my account In April once around the first week and then on 4/20/23.ther was no knowledge of these charges until I checked my accounts.seems that when you buy something there's usually a receipt included .at that point I would have been aware .
