    They charged my card $39.95 for some membership I knew nothing about and I want my money refunded back to my card ASAP. I didnt know or see anything about a membership. I will never order from this place again.

    We show on March 14, 2023, ********************** ordered the Auto Hand Whisk, on that same day an offer for our monthly membership program was offered. ********************** would have had to check that off if she wanted the recurring monthly charge to be able to have access to our discount stores to purchase a ton of items at a seriously discounted cost. We show ********************** emailed and called into customer service on April 16th and 17th, 2023. At that time the account was cancelled, and a full refund was issued. The confirmation # is C - 7065421.

    They are taking money out of my checking account without authorization. I was over drafted and they had no authorization to take out $39.95. Last month on the 6th, I had removed $19.90 for a cat toy called the flying fish. The advertisement was $5.00 but then of course they charged me for shipping and handling which came up to $19.90 and I gave them authorization for this. On the 5th of this month they pulled out $39.95 without authorization. I would like the $39.95 refunded to me.

    I ordered a cat toy off off ******** from them, which doesn't work to begin with and they changed me an additional $39.95 that I did not authorize.

On April 15, 2023, ******************** reached out to our customer service and this charge was refunded fully, which was agreed upon.     They charged me $39.95 on 4/3/23 for nothing. I have not purchased anything today from them nor have I purchased anything from them in the last two weeks.

    On April 2, 2023, this company charged my card a $39.95 unauthorized charge. Looking into reviews, this is happening on a daily basis to people all over the country. I ordered a cat toy for Christmas from this company, which they charged me double the listed shipping charge and the product if junk! I had to cancel my card, this resulted in late fees for payments that "bounced" due to the delay in receiving a new card, updating all my auto-pay accounts and resubmitting the payments!!! This place needs to be stopped!!!!!

    I saw an online ad on Wittle Fishies for a battery operated toy for $19.90. Upon receiving the toy 1/27/2023, order number *******, I felt I had received a defective product because after charging the toy it would not hold a charge and only operated 30 seconds or so and then I had to recharge the toy. Same thing happened....only 30 seconds or so and the battery went dead. I packed up the toy with the original shipping label and a note asking for a refund of $19.90. When I went to the post office to return the package they put a tracking number on it...9500 **** **** **** **** 05. Insta Charger received the package on Thursday February 2, 2023. I have yet to receive a refund of $19.90.

    It was an online purchase, on ********* from a website named Wittle Fishies. com. I have no phone number, when order was placed online and paid with my debit bank card. I have received no refund, even though the post office tracking number, which I provided BBB, said returned product was received on 2/02/2023. If I returned product, they should refund my money.

    I ordered a cat toy and when I went to check out the Postage was ***** for a **** item. I immediately went to cancel the order, I was told I couldn't cancel because it was already being processed. Even though the confirmation email I received said I had 24 hours to cancel. I emailed them again to no avail, okay I got the toy the cat's like it, learned my ****** won't ever order form them again..I did not order anything else from this company after the cat toy was purchased. One month later I get a recurring charge on my credit card!!. My card was declined thankfully. But I want others to be aware that this company is practicing some shady things.

    Made a one time purchase for a pet toy. Was tricked into paying a high shipping fee. Toy broke first day after receipt. Then I was charged a $39.95 membership fee which I never agreed to. They notified me of the charge and I tried to cancel three times by email and finally a phone call but my account was charged the membership fee anyway.
