On August 17, 2023, **************** reached out to our customer service and her account was cancelled at that time.The confirmation of cancellation is C- *******. As a courtesy a refund was attempted to be issued on that date and it failed to go through. I ordered a cat toy that was supposed to be$4.99. I was charged$19.99. I just decided it was my fault for ordering from a company I didn't know so I didn't say anything. The next month they tried to hit my account again for $58.04. Thankfully my bank caught the charge and stopped it. Now I'm having to order a new card and wait for it because of thieves. I'm so angry that my life is stressed even more because of thieves. Do not order from any company you don't know!Electro Widget

If I could I would give this company a 0 because ************ charged me for my order last month and charged me again this month for ***** and I am very upset because I have money for my bills in this account and don't have money for stupid things like this. And when I called the company they told me that I was charged for a membership for that company and I wasn't aware there was going to be a bigger charge later. I ordered a cat toy for 9.00$ they charged me 30 .$ and then charged me 59.$ and when I called them they were only going to give me a discount if 14. On there stuff I said no I want it all back then they said a refund for 15.$is all they can do I said no all or I was filling with the **** And after 20 on hold he came back with a 20$ refund I said no. I ordered a LED charger on 4/29 for $5 and was charged $19.95 for shipping. The ad says $5 but it doesn't say anything about shipping. I didn't check any box but 1 and it didn't have any thing to do with no subscription or getting money from my account every month. Every time I try to email it says email not found.Electro Widget

This company steals money from your account every month claiming it is a checked box for a subscription after ordering an automated fish for cat.I couldn't believe they charged shipping when I clearly checked free shipping. I went to look to see how it happened and they charged me again! I have had $19.90 charged 2 times, and 4 charges of $39.95.Canceled yesterday, and today they charged me again. I called back and have emails stating I have cancelled. We shall see.I cannot believe this sort of business continues to stay in ************** is coming for you, I am sure it will be painful as it has been to the folks you scam.Electro Widget

Purchased an item from them on March 16th.. Received and happy with item but not with the shipping nor what transpired the following month.April 2023 -- My bank account was debited ***** for a "monthly subscription" to their website so that I "could take advantage of their many hundreds of other quality items. Like so many others -- When placing the original order the buyer(s) unaware obviously signed up for this recurring charge. I have contacted the company ,who also does business as Electrowidget LLC , to request a full refund of my $***** and to cancel my so called "subscription". I am awaiting an answer before taking further action on BBB. I have already spoken with my bank with regards to this issue.Electro Widget

I saw that this company charged me $39.95 from my checking account and I hadnt ordered anything when I called them to have my money returned to my account I was told that I had signed up for a membership to which I had not!!Agent *** had first offered to return 25% of my money and then offered to return 50%I never end signed up for No membership!!!!I then asked to speak with her supervisor or someone above her and was told she was the best person to talk to.. ************ is robbing the people they are all over the internet taking the peoples money..I want ALL of my money back!!!I work in Law Enforcement this will not be the last that they hear from meGuaranteed!!!!************ will be SHUT down!!!!Electro Widget
