I like others, got suckered in by an adorable fish cat toy, which was paid for when I placed the order. Some *************************************************************** did I mention the toy stayed charged for 1 day and then wouldnt charge at all.Thank for nothing...absolutely nothing !!!Electro Widget

When purchasing one of our products, we do offer a recurring monthly membership to be able to have access to our discount stores to purchase a ton of items at a seriously discounted cost.
We do not show any contact was made into our company as well as the only thing that has been charged to ******************* was the initial charge for the Flying Fishie Pet Toy. We do show an attempt to charge the monthly membership on April 13, 2023 **************************************** we can ensure this account is cancelled so no future charges or shipments will occur.
We hope this helps clarify any misunderstanding caused and we can ensure this account is cancelled.

On April 03, 2023, ********************** reached out to our customer service and this charge was refunded. I was a fool and ordered a cat toy from them for about $7.00 - the toy didn't work at all. Live and learn.Hidden in the simple purchase was apparently a subscription to some program to buy more merchandise and they hit my credit card for $39.95. I successfully cancelled the subscription but they refused to reverse the $39.95 that hit my credit card.Do not do business with this company - there are people there just trying to earn a living, but the business itself is a SCAM.Electro Widget

Biggest rip-off company there is, illegally took ***** out of my account which wasn't even mentioned. Called to get money refunded and they gave me confirmation number with date money would be put back, still a month later still not in account. Called them today March 20, 2023, twice, both times told money was deposited in my account, told them i have proof it isn't and both times they hung up on me. I even told them i was going to Attorney General and filing charges with bank, they didn't care!Electro Widget

I HAVE NOT received my refund and have had my bank check my account and i have also have proof from my online statements that no money has been refunded and all my transaction whether paid or debited or written with check have a Transaction ID number and bank nor I have a deposited shown my them or no such Transaction ID they claim.Review fromShanna L

Ditto what the complaint below shared. I order one $5 product, did not select the expensive option. I did receive the one product but was charged for 2 and then double charged for the expensive shipping. So.....the one $5 product cost me $40 and it doesn't work.When I wrote them and told them it didn't work and I wanted a refund, they told me to take a video of the product not working!!! They won't deal with the fact that they charged me for two and I only received one. Again, they said "send ** a video." This is a very corrupt and dishonest company. BEWARE BEWARE ****** or any product from ELectro Widget ! They are the worst! Don't even deserve one starElectro Widget

Total Rip-Off !! Ordered a product, within 2 hours decided against it and emailed a request to cancel. Was informed the order was already in processing and it was a promotion and could not be cancelled. In addition, was charged over $10 for shipping (rush) which i did not request.Avoid at all costs!
