    They email me all the time and I have no idea who/what they are, other than a consistent, persistent PIMA! I blocked them and reported them through Outlook, although I expect that will simply assure they use a different email to continue to try and torcher ***** is a genuine shame that the ****************** actually encourages this sort of typical and growing abuse of consumers online. They should be subject to investigations, and shut down, hopefully with some owner's going to jail.

    After using stripe for nearly 10 successful transactions, they told me they could no longer support me. They're holding on to a clients money instead of refunding them. They're making my business look bad. I could understand if I had disputes or something. But now just cancel my account of the blue and s**** me over. Don't trust these people. Try Square or someone else.

    I discovered this morning around 5 AM that my account had been hacked. I submitted two requests for assistance and even created a new account to reach someone at Stripe, as you need to be logged in to do so. Unfortunately, the customer support chat was unhelpful and felt like a waste of time. A representative called me at 8 AM, only to inform me that I should expect an email from their specialized department. Now, its 11 AM5 to 6 hours laterand I still dont have access to my account. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

    Stripe is a scam. I started using them on August 2024 my first transaction from a customer was ******* and I still haven't received a payout they refuse to call me or answer my emails that I send to the. My account has been closed it should be illegal for them to do this.

    The WORST business experience of my life. We are a small family owned local roofing business since 2006. We opened an account with ********************** and started accepting cc payments from customers. Within the first week of our account opening ********************** closed our account and held almost $17,000 of our deposits. I provided all the documents they requested and I tried EVERYTHING to reason with them (btw NO PHONE # OR HUMAN to contact only does business thru email). Despite trying to appeal their decision they continued to literally say "sorry our decision is firm you must wait 4 months for us to release the funds". Fund release was supposed to be Oct 22nd. The date changed to the 28th. Now it has changed to the 30th. I have reached out via email numerous times and get no response. This has been one of the MOST frustrating nonsensical experiences with a business and I can't believe they have an A rating on BBB. If I can save anyone else from this experience I would like to. DO NOT USE STRIPE. Make sure who you do choose has a customer service center that actually cares about their cusotmers.

    Stripe is c*** And it has made doing business as a small business owner impossible. I had so many issues with them and this is the breaking point. Before all this it was impossible to reach anyone there is no live customer support. There is no one to talk to. And to make matters worse they dont even notify me when a client has paid me. Lastly, they closed my account. Said that my business is no longer supported by Stripe and they are holding $2500 from a payment that I recieved from a customer. Im an electrician.. not too tech savvy. They have made doing business really hard and I feel taken advantage of by them. All I want is a simple way to receive payments through a link on my invoices and then deposit it into my account.. they have failed me so many times and this is the last time I will ever trust them with anything. Im so furious. I just want my **** money.. they paused all payouts to me and will not issue it because they decided for no reason at all that they wouldnt support me. I even submitted EIN numbers from the ***, ******** accounts, customer itemized receipts, pictures of my company truck and license number and still they deemed me a threat somehow.. just give me my **** money. If youre like me stay the h*** away from stripe. Dont let them snuff youre hard earned money from you. **** ***** Tailwaters Electric

    SMALL BUSINESSES, do NOT trust stripe for merchant services. This company does not protect your money. We had a relstionship with Stripe for years, with several completed transactions, and we never had a chargeback. One day we got a unauthorized payment dispute of more than $1,600 from a client we helped 3 months prior to the dispute. Stripe immediately refunded the money to fraudulent client, and charged our account. Do not trust Stripe. You are not protected from even the most obvious fraud.
    Furthermore, out of nowhere they started charging us random fees [additional taxes, invoice fees]. These random fees came and as we werent using their merchant services.

    STRIPE IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! I HAVE BEEN USING THEIR PLATFORM FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. I HAVE A FOOD CATERING BUSINESS. ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY SAID THEY NEED MORE DOCUMENTATION TO VERIFY MY BUSINESS. I SUBMITTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE. THEY EMAIL ME BACK SAYING, UNABLE TO VERFY MY BUSINESS AND ALL PAYOUTS WILL BE PAUSED UNTILL 2025!!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS. THEY ARE JUST HOLDNG MY 3K PAYMENT. HOW IS THIS LEGAL?????????????????????I WILL BE HIRING A LAWYER AND TAKING THEM TO COURT! UNACCEPTABLE TO PLAY WITH PEOPLES MONEY.
