    My money has been held hostage by stripe because they assumed my business was high risk and posed a risk of chargebacks, they shut my account down with no warning after I processed thousands of dollars worth of transactions and then out of the blue they shut my account down and tell me my funds are being held for 120 days. Well its been 120 days now and Ive had 0 chargebacks for any transaction. Ive been contacting customer service day in and day out and I cannot get a response, they just keep marking my issue as resolved. Horrible business practices. I want my money stripe. I sold and shipped products that I used my money to pay for. $2903 may be chump change, but I want my money

    They are holding my money because I don't have a website. They held my clients money and told me they didn't have it and were never paid. They lied about having the money for months. They are lying thieves.

    Stripe closed my account without providing a reason after I had done business with them for over a year. They are now holding my funds and refuse to offer any explanation for the sudden closure. Do not use this processing company; it has been the worst experience I have ever had.

    The WORST!!****DO NOT USE**** I was set to get a payout May 9th. Agent on the phone said the info was incorrect and they needed me to update. I spoke to my bank and bank reports NO attempted transactions. May 17th was the next date Stripe was said to deposit. AGAIN my bank customer care reports NO attempted transactions. NO deposit attempts. Called Stripe Phone ******************** AGAIN and they had me "Update Account Information" over the phone. This time, sending screenshots via email. I was advised May 20th guaranteed. I may have to litigate if funds are not deposited by the guaranteed May 20th. ****Stripe Steals Money.*****

    These people dont care about you or treat you like youre a human being with bills due. They will steal your money and lie saying things a review. STAY AWAY. And if youre a lawyer who can take these people to court , take them far into it because they shouldnt even be aloud to run like they do anything. The absolute worst company ever to have dealt with. EVER. do not do it. Shut these people down .

    My familys business has been forced to use stripe as the only payment processor available in our tech industry, Stripe has consistently been an issue for us. If they deem your industry high risk for whatever reason they can freeze your account, hold your money, and even shut your account down entirely and not release your money to you. They are currently holding over $13,000 that they have no right to. We have no refunds due and no issues with clients. There is no way to reach an actual human being at Stripe, you can email and email with no resolution, no phone number option, no live chat option. Its all copy/paste responses from whoever is on the other side of the emails. There is zero recourse for Stripes clients to get justice or their money and meanwhile every dollar of MY money is earning Strips interest to pad THEIR pockets. This company should be shut down. If I could give 0 stars I would do so.

    Terrible. They are holding our money hostage. Flagged us for fraudulent activity. We are a small church. Have written, emailed and still not resolved. This has been going on since March. Stay far away from Stripe!

    Why hasn't this "business" been shut down? $150 fee and holding my money hostage because they want to ask for "verification" information one thing at a time. They say we just need this information from you and once you give it to them, it takes them a day to "process" it before asking you for more information that they could have asked you for from the start!! This "business" needs to be shut down. Trash customer service! Not an honest business at all! DO NOT make the mistake of using this trash company!

    We are a small **************************** and we have used them for 2 years with no issues. A "random review" was done. I spent six days trying to confirm we were the same as the bank information we entered. We absolutely are! I submitted document after document, and each representative told me it looked good and we were all set to move forward. But then, 24 hours later, we heard back that they needed more. I then asked to close the account, was given the information by a supervisor over email, attempted to close, and then was advised because there was money in the account, we could not close the account. I advised them to take the funds, as it says in their online communications and in the email from the supervisor, and I was told I needed to continue to confirm my account to retrieve the funds so the account could be closed. It is a circle of nonsense. We are out $47, we cannot collect funds for student and teacher activities, and Stripe is refusing to help in any way. Simply saying, "We will send this to another department, and you should hear back in 24 hours." Stay away.
