1 starDriver broke my garbage **** lid off when emptying. Called to have it replaced and was told only if I downsized. No replacement can. New Neighbor received same size can. Won't transfer you to supervisors. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Kept giving me different excuses about grandfather clause. Same house and company for 25 years. 1 starI called on 5/12/23 and scheduled for a large item pickup. They told me they can schedule on the next trash pickup say service, which is 5/18/23. They never pick it up on that day, called back and they said will reschedule to pickup on the next Thursdaywhich is today 5/25/23. I called early morning today to make they will come, a rep said they will before 6pm. By 4pm, no one came yet, I called again to make sure 1 more time before they close, got the same response. Now it is 6;38 pm, no one came and pick up. Such a horrible company. My large item is the patio sliding door, they told me to put it on the curb and it literally blocking the sidewalk. My neighbors gave me a weird look since it has been therefor 2 weeks now. I dont know what to do anymore. Complaint over the phone wont work. I need help.Review fromSuzie

They consistently miss pick-**** Consequently, bins overflow and look hideous and can attract pests. I am a resident at the Garden House HOA in Orange and have called CR and R multiple times because of missed recycling pick-**** However, they consistently fail to get the pick-*** done. The fact that I consistently have to call CR and R is a nuisance, and reflects very poor service and business practices.C R & R Inc

The recycle driver and the ********************* have been alerted of the customer's concerns, and CR&R will monitor the account closely in the next few weeks for any issues reported by the driver. 1 starCR&R **** is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service and has been treating me extremely poorly for the past five weeks. First of all, on 12-9-2020 the driver damaged my container when he lost his temper and violently threw it from the top of his truck to the paved street below. It was permanently damaged and exchanged for a new one at a much later date. Then on 2-1-2023 the driver destroyed my trash can when he slammed it into the pavement with his truck. Upon impact, one of the two wheels was destroyed when it was knocked off of the trash container and a huge gap two feet long was opened up on its side. The container was permanently damaged and rendered it unsafe to move or to use. I am an elderly man with a bad hip and I fear for my safety when I have to move it out to the street for pickup. It is dangerous when I have to roll it on one-wheel uphill on my gravel driveway. I told CR&R it was unsafe to use and they do not care about my safety at all! We are locked into using their services. They have treated me so unprofessionally. CR&R refuses to replace the damaged trash container! I have pictures of both of the damaged containers for your review.2-1-2023, I called CR&R and they said they would replace it on 2-8. It was not replaced.2-9-2023, I called CR&R and they said they would replace it on ****. It was not replaced. 2-16-2023, I called CR&R and they said they would replace it on ****. It was not replaced.2-17-2023: I called CR&R and **** said I could drive 40 miles round trip to the CR&R yard and pick up a container. If not, then they would exchange the container on ****-2023. It was not replaced.2-24-2023, I called CR&R and they said they would replace it on ****. It was not replaced.2-27-2023, I called CR&R and they said they would replace it on 3-1. Absolute thieves, miss multiple pick-*** only gives half credit for missed days. Management needs to be restructured badly. There rating is terrible for a reason and its due to management. I feel sorry for customer service representatives and the individuals having to deal with the poor management.C R & R Inc

Per BBB guidelines, CR&R is responding to this review. This customer contacted CR&R regarding missed service for his waste bin on the weeks of 12/1/22, 1/5/23, and 2/16/23. Due to inclement weather and road conditions, CR&R acknowledges that drivers were not able to safely provide service to this customer and other customers in the affected area. 1 starCR&R COMMERICAL TRASH/RECYCLE SERVICE HOW DO I FIRE THEM??????? MISSED LAST 2 PICK-UPS FOR MY RECYCLING AND ONLY WANT TO GIVE ME CREDIT FOR MISSING ONE TRIP. CUSTOMER SERVICE ON PHONE IS TERRIBLE. CALLED EVERY DAY FOR 4 DAYS IN A ROW AND GOT THE SAME THING (MY COMPLAINT HAS BEEN SENT TO A MANGER AND THEY WILL CALL BACK) BUT THEY NEVER DO. AS A BUSINESS OWNER I SHOULD BE A TO CHOOSE WHO PICKS UP MY TRASH AND NOT BE ASSINGED A COMPANY THE CAN'T DO THE SIMPLEST OF THINGS. I called 3 times to report my green waste was missed. They sent someone back out and he missed it again. Now it's Friday again, and my green waste was missed again! I was credited $8 for last week but green waste is still full. Should I put everything in the cart that does get picked up, just to get serviced? This is ridiculous considering I pay the full amount EVERY month. I expect full serviceC R & R Inc

I received a call back from a gentleman, that was very courteous and respectful of my needs. He also explained to me that I had been paying monthly instead of every 3 months (no one else told me during my calls). I appreciate him responding to me as well as informing me of my bill credits that had accumulated due to my overpaying. Although the driver dropped my bin purposely (I watched him on camera) my Bin was emptied on and I am happy for that. Sorry, not sorry to the driver that was mad he had to do the job he is paid for (everyone has a bad day, maybe it was his)Review fromAudrey V

Id give them 0 stars if I could. Recycling often missed on designated day. Now my recycling and trash has not been picked up since the Friday before Thanksgiving. No pickup Thanksgiving week. Corporate was called I canceled my service. Was assured that everything would be picked up by this weeks recycling day. That was today it was not. Worst customer service, more than half of the time, the trash isn't picked up, but I'm charged the full amount every single time. I've asked to speak to a supervisor, and they leave you on hold and they never answer. Worst company I would not recommend to anyone.C R & R Inc

CR&R `S website states the following, we strive to provide all our customers a hassle-free experience. What it should read is: If you want subpar sustainable waste service, coupled with incompetent customer and supervisory/management support, feel free to pay for our servicesCR&R continues to forget to pick -up one of three trash bins, on a regular basis. I`m beginning to feel discriminated against. I`ve placed several calls to prior incidents about the same issue and yet no calls back from supervisors/managers and no trash pick-*** to correct the issues. This most recent incident took place on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, where my recycle bin was not collected. I have some great RING camera recording to support the trash truck drivers neglecting to collect the appropriate waste/recycle bin. Either the truck driver is color blind and cant identify which waste ***********/she should be collecting, or he/she is contaminating his pickup with the wrong trash (food waste or green waste). Consistently disappointed with CR&R **** services but when you get poor customer service support, false promises, cowardly management practices, and an incompetent work force, you get poor work production. By the way, my recycle trash bin is still curbside awaiting pick-up as promised a multitude of times I`d ask for a supervisor or manager to respond to my inquiry/complaint in support of some compensation or correction to this ongoing issue, but at this point I`m sure it`s a waste of my time.C R & R Inc
