    ordered sept 6th received shipped notice on the 8th (this the order number ****************) shipper states they are waiting for the reciept of the shipment and there has been no change since the 8th - i paid extra for 2-5 business day shipping. ive emailed and tried to call *******apptionlabs and noone answers. if i chose options 2-5 i get told ive selected an invalid option i chose option 1 and was told they were too busy and noone was available to answer my call. i have emailed twice and no response... would like to have the item shipped or receive my money back - order number **************** amount spent 135.18 thanks in advance

    Bought: Monday, June 7th 2022 at 4:35 AM Asked for a refund: Tuesday, June 8th 2022 @ 10:19 AM I requested to cancel through the support service on the website days before the order had even been prepared to ship. The order should have been cancelled with a refund and that would have been the end of it but the request wasn't acknowledged until after the package was prepped, sent, and delivered on Tuesday July 5th 2022. They told me where to send it and to tell them the tracking number. While waiting for a response, I found that they have a policy of paying for a restocking fee as well as shipping. Because I asked days before the product was even prepped for shipping (less than 24 hours since the order was replaced) I asked to have the restocking fee waved and the shipping cost to be refunded. The package is unopened sitting in my desk waiting for confirmation of these terms before the product gets sent back. I have not received a response and based on this company's track record this is the most effective way to get in contact with them. For anyone reading this, the complaints are not fake, this company doesn't care about its customers so be sure you want this product before you order because you couldn't return it if you wanted.

    I have contact ****** using their website and they never reply back to me with a solution! My meater stopped working about almost 2 weeks ago and no one ever contact me to offer a solution. I bought the meater on **** ***** so it is still under warranty.

    I ordered these items for Father's Day. **** had a label created for 1 June 2022. **** is still waiting for the item. I have not received any back order notices and at this time I believe this company is a fraud and have taken my money with no intention of sending the items. I just want my money back.

    My Meater+ stopped working on 5/28 so I reached out for a warranty claim. The light on the charger won't show any color when pressing the button on the block and the app won't find the probe to connect. I was sent an automated response on 5/30 with troubleshooting information which did not work. I responded to that email the same day saying I still needed help. It has now been over a week and I still haven't received a response from them.

    Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/14) */ The customer is currently working with one of our Customer Happiness Agents and has already started the warranty replacement process. A new unit will be dispatched this week and the matter has largely been resolved in between the case being received here and reviewed. Consumer Response /* (2000, 7, 2022/06/20) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) It took almost two weeks to hear back from a customer service agent while I continued to receive daily marketing emails. I am currently awaiting delivery of the replacement probe.
