    If I could leave a negative 5 star rating, I would! They are that bad!My story is the same as almost everyone's. Ordered flooring (that showed they had it) in April, 2022. Was told it would ship in 3 - 5 weeks, then get an email that the vendor is backordered and it was scheduled to be shipped in 4 - 5 weeks, then email after email stating it wasn't shipped yet, but would be soon! Each time I was given a timeline of 6 - 8 weeks when it would ship. LIES! All lies! I was told in November, 2022 they had 4 of the 7 boxes I ordered. I asked them to ship it and either let me know when the other 3 were coming in, or refund my money. I don't have the flooring yet, and it's mid June, 2023. I wish there was some way they could be shut down for good. They were good about emailing within the 48 hours they say they will at the beginning, but as time as gone on, they are now 2 weeks to respond. Today I tried calling their customer service line and had to wait. After 10 minutes they came on and asked me to leave a detailed message so they could call back. I tried to call again and tried a different prompt (1 for sales, 2 for support, 0 for all other inquiries). I clicked 0 and it said I had entered an invalid number. I tried twice so I didn't make a mistake.

    Holy cow! Where to begin. Super builders formerly Superarbor.com/.io "Arbor Home LLC in *********, **" at Buzzfile or whatever they're calling their scam this week will ruin your life if you're stupid enough to fall for their rip-off. As reported in other reviews they list products for sale, take your money when you order them and then do whatever the heck they darn well please. "They" had the **** to, over the course of three and a half months, send a partial shipment of 33 of 35 cases of discontinued Lowes flooring and then the audacity to have part of it (two not-discontinued substitute thresholds) shipped from the local Lowes three and a half months after taking my money. I could have drove up the road to Lowes back in January and got the thresholds myself. And get this the short shipment of flooring was ***** shipped from the ******* parking lot in **********, ********. Shady. I can document all of this so bring it. The only thing that seems to get through his head is the threat of the bank reversing the charge. Expect radio silence from him. 5-7 fweeks? No, three and a half months Time wasted, jobs lost, reputations damaged. He doesn't care. Three and a half months waiting for something they charged me for up front and never had in the first place. The BBB needs negative star ratings to account for brazen rip-off artists like him. I'm pretty good about checking here on businesses that I've never heard of but was so thrilled to see a sufficient quantity of a discontinued product listed that I clicked too fast. Don't be fooled. Read and understand the reviews here. I know from personal experience that the reviews describing cartoonish incompetency and maleficence are plausible. Their website claims membership in NAHB NARL and NWFA and listed not only BBB accreditation but fake banners to features by theverge marketwatch markets.businessinsider and finance.yahoo Don't believe the malarkey from this guy. No real stores, no real anything. Run.

    ordered 2 items last March 2022. Received one item in May 2022. After that, I would receive updates that the other item would be shipped, but then I received and email stating that the item is out of stock and they had a different item which I agreed to, however they then wanted quite a bit more money which I said I would just get my money back. They said it would be 3-5 days!! There was only one time I actually talked to a person and apologized and said I would get my money back. Well here we are, March 8, 2023 and NOTHING. They won't email or even return a phone call. Pretty pathetic. This review made me pick a star rating, so I had to pick one, sorry I had to do that

    I ordered some floors on 12/28/22.. They said it would take 2 to 7 weeks to be delivered. I have not received them and I have sent 4 emails with no response!! I want a response and/or a refund or my floors!!

    This is the sorriest. and worst place to even be allowed to have a web site to SCAM people. out of their money the location speaks for itself. California and for the readers of this i have to give a rating. AND ZERO IS TO MUCH........

    Horrendous customer service and worst pricing I have ever seen. When they know a product is discontinued elsewhere they get it and charge DOUBLE.

    I placed my order almost a year ago. I finally asked for a refund in august and have been emailing every 2-4 weeks asking about my refund. I used to get a response about it being processed, but no response at all since October.

    SCAM! Never ever order from this company. We placed an order for flooring that was discontinued from Lowes in June 2022. We kept getting the delivery date pushed back and back to the point that we just ordered different flooring elsewhere. This is when I read reviews on this company and realized their scheme. I tried to cancel but they claimed a 20% cancelation fee. Instead I tried to file a dispute with my credit card because it was close to the 60 day window for disputes. The dispute was denied because I didn't officially cancel my order. So I went back and officially canceled my order and was supposed to receive my refund in **** business days. Never received anything. Now they are stating that my order was final sale and is non refundable. I repeat again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM. THEY NEVER HAD THE PRODUCT TO BEGIN WITH AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!
