  Very slow and ineffective customer service and technique support.Subscribed the hack pack early this year, the first kit came and the remote or chip didn't work. We let the customer service know. The replacement was sent out and still didn't work. It took forever to receive the replacement. So I asked to cancel the subscription. But there is no way that you can get the refund.

  From what I've read, if there is a problem with the product they will make it right; however, we received the first project box, my son just didn't take to it and I requested that they charge me the full price for the project box but refund the remaining. I feel this is only fair as there was NO option for a monthly subscription. They make it out that there is a big savings for a yearly subscription but there is no other option ( very deceptive ). Anyway, I believe there should be a "grace ******* built in so that if you want out after the first project box they will honor that. Also, the subscription, after tax comes to $425. After seeing the quality of the first box, I feel it is overpriced. So, my review is that (1) Poor business practice when it comes to being fair. (2) The quality of the materials is not consistent with the price. (3) After looking through the reviews here I find it highly suspicious that on 10/13/2023 there were actually 52 real reviews and on 10/19/2023 there were 63 real reviews. This is a LOT of reviews to be put on BBB on single days and has a pattern of employees of a company filling out reviews - just an opinion from a ******** analyst...

  Very slow customer service. Waited 30+ minutes after that I hung up. 3 days and counting for email response. Poor craftsmanship. Electric motor was barely assembled and fit not work. I dont know who they are paying for good reviews. I want my money back.

  My grandson really enjoys his Crunch Lab build boxes, and I am renewing the subscription for another year. There was an issue one time, and they resolved it immediately.

  The monthly box is interesting and educational. Content is great. BUT - BEWARE SUBSCRIPTIONS. CrunchLabs auto-renewed an annual subscription without notice and despite the fact that the first one-year subscription was ordered & paid *without* an online account on their site ... therefore there's no online account I can log into to either confirm the start/end date of an existing subscription or cancel the subscription before it auto-renews!! Unacceptable!

  I love this! These builds give my daughter and I a great activity to do together that is fun and educational.While she definitely enjoys the building part over the learning, I still love that it's exposing her to a lot of great STEM concepts and instills the idea that STEM and learning can be really fun.

  Crunchlab makes great products that have helped my child learn about physics. When I had an issue with my shipment being delivered, their customer service was pro-active, reaching out to me to let me know they received the boxes back and wanted to make sure my shipping address was correct, then mailed them back to me again, and even followed up to confirm that I had received then. They have the best customer service I have ever encountered.

  We have been using crunch labs for an entire year. The subscription is amazing and we are very happy with the services and lessons we receive through the subscription. It has been very positive for our son. WE love crunch labs.
