    The kids have really enjoyed getting their boxes. The videos are good and the instructions are great. We had an issue with shipping because we moved and I didnt update the address. Their customer service was quick to fix it. The box was fortunately forwarded, but they said if it didnt show up to reach back out.

    My son is obsessed with these! He loves them and these toys are not just fun to build, theyre incredibly fun to play with. The instructions are really simple to follow but not everyone likes to learn that way. Luckily each box comes with a QR code that when scanned will show you a specially made tutorial video.I really like that the components are quality and the builds dont feel flimsy. In all honesty I think adults could enjoy this subscription just for themselves. Theyre that fun.

    My sons Crunchlabs boxes were awesome at keeping 4 kiddos age **** busy and engaged at an in-house playdate. Which is always a challange when indoors. Kudos

    The build boxes themselves are good, kids rate it better than kiwico, but I'm locked into 12 boxes instead of what I wanted, a few just for the summer. I'm using the pause subscription to spread it out. Still, with 3 kids that's over one thousand dollars more than I intended to spend. Cannot believe that ******************* is behind this, guess hs ******* personality is a scam. Buyer Beware.

    We've been members since they launched a year ago and we have nothing but positive things to say about ******************* and his team. The kiddos learn and have fun and it keeps them busy and away from screentime. Had a couple damaged boxes but the customer service fixed it right away. We will stay members until the kids outgrow.

    Crunchlabs is a great business to deal with, they are responsive and friendly. Recently made short work of a minor parts supply issue we had in one of the kits, and we were back building the kit in a couple of days, at no cost to us. Great service, great products. Keep up the excellent work team.
