    We had a problem with a piece that our child broke. They were more than generous with their help. I would tell anyone to subscribe to their boxes. So fun and educational. We use them as a family project every month when they come in. five stars all day long.

    Through change of address, stolen boxes and holiday delays the team at crunchlabs has gone above and beyond to been helpful. When a box was stolen they sent another right away. They always reply quickly and I never have to talk to a machine. It's a great business.
