  Nothing but positive things to say. Quality of materials is excellent, unlike cardboard like the competitors. I used **************** to replace a defective part, and it got delivered immediately. The kits are expensive but worth it in my opinion. We love watching the crunchlabs video together, which teaches relevant scientific concepts, before letting the kids build the monthly project. I will definitely subscribe for another year once this subscription expires.

  My son is about to get his 12th box from Crunchlabs and we've had a great experience with them. Directions are generally easy to follow and the video helps clear things up if we're confused. The one time a box got lost in shipping customer service was friendly and quickly got another box shipped out to me.

  My son absolutely loves crunch labs!! He cant wait until the next shipment arrives. I love the video that you can watch Mark ***** teach them all about their box and the toy they are making. It really does take all the work off me. I have never found a subscription box like this before.

  I have nothing but positive things to say about the build boxes and their customer service. I signed up for the subscription before they launched, so at the beginning shipment was a little ****** but they kept us informed at all times and they made up for it by sending us a special little token of their appreciation. I realized at the end of the year I was missing a box, and customer service was very helpful at working with me, looking through the shipment history to help me figure out which box was missing (and they shipped it to me immediately).

  Their service is the ****, my kid's package was missing, and they fixed it right away! I wish all business can run like how they run, they actually care about their clients, and kids

  Great experience! Not only does this get my son to do things with his hands, it has become a bonding experience for us both. He waits until we can do it together. Although my role is just handing him parts and watching! I love how he is enthusiastic about it and how it makes him feel accomplishing the completed part! I would definitely recommend this. And you can stop the deliveries whenever you want. I saw a review complaining of the subscription. That was explained very well and there were no surprises on my end.

  My 12 year old son loves the build boxes. He really enjoys receiving them each month and the difficulty of each project. He has even requested we purchase the next 12 month subscription that will provide him with 12 new builds. The customer service team is very knowledgeable and nice. We have been long time fans of this company and the creator's You Tube videos. We look forward to more things that come from his creative engineering brain.
