      Ordered window regulator assembly for my 2001 Tahoe. Price for new ********************* regulator was cheaper than the local Pick A ************* Arrived quickly and I installed in about an hour. Works like a charm. Saved me $200 over the price my regular mechanic wanted to charge. Thank you Car Parts.

      I ordered a splash guard for a 2017 Kia ********* This was my first order with the company. The part stated "Guarantee fit'. To say I was skeptical is an understatement. The price was reasonable, shipping time frame was acceptable and the replacement part was an exact fit. Very pleased with this transaction

      I ordered (2) struts, they shipped them in two different cartons via ***** from ***** to ********* **- charged me freight. One arrived and the other one got lost in ***************. ***** couldnt find it and ***** said that CarParts has to file the claim, CarParts wont file the claim and tell me to take it up with them. Im out over $200. Have ordered struts before from them and they always came two to a carton. If I order parts and dont receive them, its not my fault. They are quick to charge my credit card but could care less about stealing my money.I paid for the part and freight, they didnt deliver on their end. They chose the freight carrier and decided to split the shipment and are telling me - too bad and they are not making any effort to reimburse my ******* appears to be misrepresenting internet commerce and out right theft.I have closed my account and will never purchase any more parts from them.I have purchased numerous items from companies on the internet and never been cheated out of my money when the item.

      They allow returns and promise to refund but they never actually refund you your money back. Its always some excuse. They just steal your money. I wish I would have sold it on ****** or ****. Atleast I would get some money back. I cant get a new part my car until I get that money for my return. The rate Iam going I am going to be out of a job very soon. Thanks for nothing Carparts.com. You are a bunch of thieves and liars.

      I have never had an issue untill recently which isnt a huge deal but causing delay in my repairs i ordered a ser of 4 (2 upper,2 lower) control arms for my wrangler and i recieved 2 of the 4 and the other 2 will be arriving monday not sure why this happened but i was returned a portion of the money i paid back wirh no explanation as to why and i spent said money thinking i had gotten it for a lower price. Now im -50 dollars in my account. Other items or kit i purchased all came together woth only one payment

      Placed an order for my exact car model and years brakes. Wrong parts came, no big deal, sent them back. Never got a refund, I had to call them in order to get a refund for only one of the three items I sent back with them saying I needed to put three shipping labels on the packages. (over 100$ worth of items and only got 12 dollars back). On the emails they sent, they claimed if there was an issue with the shipping the items would be sent back and they were never sent back, so i gave them back over 100$ worth of parts with no refund. Placed a second order and had to return it also (almost 200$). Had to call twice to finally get my refund. They really do not want to give you your money back. Do not shop on this website just go to advance auto parts or something.

      Deception to get your business I bought 2 side mirrors for my ****** Tundra. The only reason I bought the items from carparts.com instead of anyone else, was because they were supposed to be delivered sooner than anyone else could have done it according to their shipping arrival dates on my order. The parts I ordered ended up being changed to different manufacturer after the original order submission without my approval or amended price, and the delivery date was changed multiple times without any effort on their part to expedite the shipping to meet the expectations they had set forth during my original order submission. I needed to be heading down the road on scheduled trip on a certain date and was delayed multiple days. I ended up having to purchase the parts elsewhere so I wasn't delayed any longer. Their only communication was an e-mail every other day stating that my shipment was further delayed. Then when I submitted a return of the parts that were finally delivered, it cost me 3 times a much in shipping for the return than I originally paid to have the items shipped to me. Since they use a prepaid shipping label and RA system, they give me no choice, but to pay their exorbitant fee that they are charging me. I lost around $40.00 on the transaction for absolutely nothing but a headache and frustration. I should have purchased from ******.

      I ordered parts from CarParts.com that got lost in the mail and instead of replacing the parts or refunding my money, the person I spoke to said their was nothing they could do because I did not buy there mail insurance even though I was charged shipping and handling. I have never had this problem with any other company that I have bought from, so I would not recommend this company unless you want to spend extra on their insurance, which I think should be illegal since they charge shipping and handing!

      Horrible experience! The part I bought was NOT for my car but their website says Guaranteed Fit for your vehicle. And they promise ****** Free Returns but returning the part has been nothing but a hassle! It was delivered and returned back to their facility 6 days ago and they still havent issued a refund like I asked! Ive called them several times about my $250 refund and they keep saying the item needs to be inspected first before they issue a refund. I cant buy the correct part to fix my car until I get my refund back so Im not able to go to work until I get the money back, order a new part, and fix my car. This has been nothing but a burden and a hassle.
