      I ordered a lock cylinder key for a 1990 Saab 900, the key was defected and I send it back to them. They told me once the part was inspected, they would issue the refund. I did receive the email June 4th stating that it would take 2-5 business days to come to my account. So I waited, it became June 12th I called them to see about it and they just keep saying the same thing like its a run around and to check my account but yet theres nothing. I spent $180.99 on this part. As fast as yall took the money out yall cant seem to return it to my account and its now June 21st. I even tried to use the order # they gave me on the Carpets website with my email and it says no data was found. Which Im not understanding because the issue was not solved. I would never order from this company again. They received the part back but yet I cant receive the money I spent back? Maybe if they sent me a part that actually worked this wouldnt be happening. All I want is my money back I work too hard for money to be tossed down the drain and given freely but this company doesnt care. They are so unprofessional its sickening. Better off ordering things off of ****.

      Worst experience of my life. Was granted a return because item didnt fit my vehicle. But they wont send me a prepaid return shipping label. Going on 2 weeks. Will never buy from again!!!!

      This company has caused me so much stress. It all started last year when I ordered a fuel pump from them, had so many problems since because I was continuously ordering parts from them, then it got to the point I was replacing wheel hubs every month or so, ended up ordering another feul pump from them then it hit me, they are selling bad parts, did a little research and found out Carparts.com is actually a junk yard, it's costing me hundreds if not a thousand to replace all my wheel hubs and fuel pump, I even have parts for my other car from them they won't return and I'm not putting on my car now that I found this out, please be aware of these scammers. PLEASE RUN FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU LIKE HAVING YOUR SANTITY.

      Scammers ! Ordered part and they said was lost in transit , sorry , nothing can do . Tracking number shows only shipping label created . Total ripoff place !

      Carparts.com technical support representative was very helpful in making sure the ordered part was compatible with my vehicle. While the replacement part ordered was mildly damaged on arrival, which Carparts.com provided me with the choice of a return for a full refund or a replacement exchange. Fortunately, my mechanic was able to install it without incidence. Carparts.com accepted a prior return auto part (with a full refund) without any hassle (unlike ****************************).

      I ordered a carport through an agent with my Vin number the agent still ordered the wrong part when I tried to return it within a hour they said that it had already been shipped and they couldnt cancel the order. They then still shipped me the wrong part then made me have to find arrangements to find a particular location to ship the part back in order to get a refund. this is the second time this has happened

      I would give a zero if possible never buy from these guys they separate your order send trashed parts that someone else returned then you try to return and they say it doesn't have shipping protection and you can't get a refund.they blame shipping but it was used trashed parts they send.your stuck with the junk and out of your money.
