1 starAbsolute garbage. Didnt even last a month before it had a large trough in it. The only way to even attempt to get a refund you need to donate it. Ever tried donating a used mattress? No matter how new, nobody will take them. These mattresses are a scam.Review fromirene k

1 starI would give ZERO stars if I could. I purchased a bed frame from ****** and the instruction manual and all the hardware were missing. ****** told me to contact Zinus and only to find out Zinus does NOT ship to ******. *****, the so called supervisor kept telling me to give an alternate address in the continental US and they only mail to residential addresses, what a joke!?! They obviously didnt want to help me. Now im stuck with useless scraps of metal that I have no use for. ****** should not do business with Zinus or it should be disclosed that they dont ship to ******.Review fromMiki C

1 starThe first Zinus mattress in a box via Amazon I purchased was awesome. In time, after normal wear, I attempted to purchase another Zinus mattress. The second Zinus mattress in a box I purchased was an absolute immediate disappointment - incredibly soft, like an old used mattress. The mattresses in a box are sent compressed, and under pressure. So once you open them, it is hard to send back. I then bought a third style -what I thought was a firm model of Zinus mattress in a box, this one with springs. This was also was an immediate disappointment, very soft and no support. The company has taken no effort to make up for the two very poor quality mattresses. It feels like fraud because of the difficulty consumers have in returning such poor quality products. Zinus is telling me to try to get Amazon to do a refund for the over 250 dollars I have spent for new Zinus mattresses that feel like they are years old. Zinus is taking no accountability for poor quality products that consumers are paying a lot of money on. Zinus is refusing to make right the situation.Review frommic a

1 starThey are slow walking my refund. I requested a refund for a poor quality mattress pad I bought on Amazon. I showed them photos/proof they required showing the mattress pad in dumpster. They said they had what was needed and would issue refund. It has now been 30 days since I sent them photos for proof and I still don't have the refund CHECK. Yes, they take payment instantly via Amazon, but make you jump thru hoops to SUPPOSEDLY get a refund in form of a check, weeks later. Which still hasn't happened.Review fromAe J

1 starBought a memory foam mattress (with internal fiberglass cover) in late 2018. Didn't know about the fiberglass thing until I came upon it by chance in early 2024. Looked at my mattress (which I had never opened), and found plenty of glass fibers poking through the outer mattress cover, into my sheets, on my pillowcases, in the ear foam of the headphones I wear at night, on my other clothes after doing laundry (it got transferred from my sheets in the washer/dryer).Obviously I don't want to be sleeping on a sheet with glass fibers poking through (into my skin, maybe eyes, maybe breathing in) and contaminating all my other stuff in the wash. Contacted Zinus multiple times regarding warranty, took a lot of time to uploaded image/video documentation of the issue, explained it, etc, and they continued to give me the run-around, lied about getting back to me in ***** hours multiple times, and give the pathetic excuse that "we only have one person to deal with our glass fiber warranty claims". So they basically will make a joke of your effort to pursue your warranty, and have no intentions of honoring it.Never buying anything from this company again. Going to Amazon to pursue getting money back, or at least hopefully leaving a "*******************" on them within Amazon for lying about what they are selling (warrantied product).Review fromJustin W

1 starI had always had decent experience with Zinus but after this last time Im not buying from them again. I bought 3 Zinus bed frames through their authorized retailer overstock.com and one of the bed frames side panels cracked and broke after 2 weeks of use by a 95lb 65 yr old woman, my mother, when she was visiting. Thats the only time its ever been used. I tried to place a warranty claim and they sent me to the retailer who is also absolutely terrible. And now I have no resolution and no one will get back to me for almost 3 months now and I send follow up emails every couple weeks in hopes of an answer or solution. All I need is to replace the side panel and Im good. Dont buy from these people and save yourself the hassleReview fromAli J

1 starMy spouse and I initially purchased this Zinus mattress four years ago. At first, we were very satisfied with our purchase, even recommending it to our entire family. However, our positive experience drastically changed over the last six months.Both of us started experiencing significant body pains - myself with severe back and neck pain, and my spouse with arm pain and overall body aches. We didn't initially link these issues to our mattress until a revealing moment. During a week-long vacation, all our pains disappeared, only to return immediately after we spent another night on our Zinus mattress.Further testing this theory, I spent a few nights sleeping on our couch and woke up pain-free, starkly highlighting that our mattress was the source of our discomfort.Believing in the 10-year warranty provided by Zinus, I contacted their support team for assistance. After sending the required images of the mattress, I was disappointed to learn that our situation was not covered under the warranty, and they considered the mattress to be in fine condition.I am merely a consumer, not an expert in mattresses, but the correlation between our pains and the mattress cannot be ignored. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in Zinus, especially since the warranty support did not align with our expectations. 1 starI got the mattress topper 12/11/23 & put it on the bed in guest room for our guest 12/29/23. The guest didn't like it. I just tried it for the past 2 nights. The firm, cooling foam topper is HORRIBLE! You have to climb up to roll over.I contacted Zinus customer support today 1/17/24 told them I want to send the topper back to them & get refunded.They told me to donate it, since it's been opened & to email the donation information to them for verification & then they will issue the refund.Then, in the SAME conversation the CS agent tells then tells me there will be NO REFUND, since it's over 30 days from date of delivery.I said I only bought it because it said 100 night guarantee. He apologized & said only for mattresses NOT toppers. $155.00 wasted on a c*** product and false advertisement on refund policy. They plaster it all over the site 100night. Nowhere did it have 30night listed for topper. I wouldn't have bought it otherwise.There's NOTHING FIRM OR COOLING about it! You sink so low into it, it wraps around your body and is hotter than hell! Shady business practice/guarantees. I was hoping I'd like it & then replace my king ** mattress later this year with their mattresses. That will NOT happen.Don't waste your hard earned money on ordering a bed product on line. 1 starThis is one company I would definitely leave a zero-star rating for if I could, but unfortunately, the lowest is one star. Buying from ***'s Club keep this in mind. This so-called company wants to ask for a receipt you send them the only receipt you have from a bed that was a gift (you normally do not get the receipt for a gift on a big purchase) and this company will tell you the original buyer has to give authorization for the warranty to move forward you explain the situation to them that it is a gift you do not speak to the account holder anymore but need a replacement due to there being a 2-inch dip on your mattress after only having it for 3 years and even though they have a 10 year warranty and they tell you there is nothing that can be done because they need the purchaser's authorization you give them receipts showing who bought it and they still do nothing because they need the account holders authorization not the purchasers but instead of saying that they give you the runaround and act as if they could not be bothered to even try to help. You will be told your request will have to be sent to the tier 2 team, but they never send it to that team they just keep saying we need this and that even after saying they will send it over to the team. you will be told you will get a call back from a manager, but you won't just like every other company.Review fromXin Z

1 starZinus sells products on Amazon, but uses photos and videos to mislead customers. And shipped out the returned item.When I reached out to the customer service,they just said, you could return it.Well, I spent hours to assemble the bed frame. And fixed the bent parts by myself. Is returning the bed frame a simple thing? Who disassembles it for me? who cleans the floor and carries the whole fram downstairs? Who pack them?Who pays back my time wasted?Zinus, if you don't use the photos and videos to mislead customers, who will purchase from you at a higher price?And you told me simplely "retuen it".Can I tell you "take it"?Yeah, come and take it. Give my money (and time) back.
