1 starI am deeply disappointed with the Zinus bed frame I purchased in March. Within three months, cracks developed, compromising its structural integrity. Additionally, the bed frame emits a strong toxic chemical smell, particularly noticeable in the headboard, despite two months of ventilation. Unfortunately, the warranty does not cover the chemical smell, and returning the product is not an option any more.The cracks that appeared in such a short timeframe raise concerns about the bed frame's stability and durability. Moreover, the persistent toxic chemical odor is not only unpleasant but also potentially harmful, indicating the use of questionable materials during manufacturing.Reaching out to Zinus customer support proved fruitless, as they only covered the cracking issue under warranty and not the toxic smell. This lack of accountability is disappointing, leaving me with a compromised and potentially unsafe bed frame.Based on my experience, I strongly discourage others from purchasing a Zinus bed frame. The cracks and persistent toxic chemical smell indicate poor quality and potential health risks. It is crucial to prioritize companies that prioritize product quality and customer satisfaction.Potential buyers should be aware of these issues. Zinus Customer Support is awful. I had one small missing piece when I recieved my bedframe and it took a week of emailing and verifying before they even agreed to send me a replacement. THEN, a week AFTER that I recieved a huge box with the wrong parts. I wouldnt even risk buying from this company.Zinus, Inc.

This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever received. I bought the Zinus SmartAdjust bed for my mother as an alternative to expensive hospital beds, and it worked well for a short period of time. Then, I had family visit and the remote for the bed was either lost or destroyed, Im not sure which. I figured this was no big deal as I tried to purchase a replacement remote for the bed which was now stuck in a single position that could not be lowered or raised. I could not find a replacement remote and when I contacted Zinus directly, they told me that parts are not sold or available individually and that I would have to ship the entire bed back to them if I wanted a new remote control. To make matters worse, Zinus also says that unless I can prove that my remote is really lost or broken, I can’t even do that. So now here I am with a useless, several hundred dollar “adjustable” bed that my mom cannot use or sleep in anymore and must now purchase a new one(WHICH WILL NOT BE ZINUS) Customer service was unhelpful, condescending, and unprofessional. WARNING TO ALL. DO NOT BUY FROM ZINUS!Zinus, Inc.

I thought this company was going to be amazing. As it turns out this company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with for anything in my life. They expected my handicap self to crawl around and take pictures of every single part that they got wrong. I acquiesced their request And they still refuse to help my handicap self! You cannot get replacement parts for any of their products at all whatsoever without a proof of purchase which is ridiculous especially when that proof of purchase is unable to be found However their product is in pieces and cannot be put together without the parts that you need. I spent 6 months trying to get the product that I purchased from them The proper parts that it needed so that it could be put together and utilized and not waste my 200 and some odd dollars that I spent on it However this company does not replace any parts at all whatsoever unless you have a warranty claim and a proof of purchase. End of story They will not allow you to purchase replacement parts at all at any cost at any rate even when you are handicapped with a broken back after going over and SUV and you can't sleep properly because these jacka**3$ won't give you the parts you need to put your bed frame together.I'm calling a lawyer in the ****Zinus, Inc.

I purchased a Metal Box Spring with wood slats. During assembly I found that the center rib that runs the length of the box spring was warped about 1/2" in the middle. As expected, there is sag in the middle. When I approached the company about a replacement piece (rib piece only) they are asking for proof. I indicated that the unit is under a king size mattress and I will need help to tear it down, and that if they would just send the replacement piece I will only have tear it down once, Then I can send them the defective part. Then they can perform the analysis to determine what failed in the manufacturing process. But they don't trust the customer and want proof with pictures. That is when I checked BBB and wished I had before I bought this item. BBB shows a very long list of complaints and a history of Zunis leaving the customer high and dry. I will be discussing with Amazon and request that they also review the customer complaints on ********************. My loss is only $200 plus, but i feel sorry for those that spent and lost much more.Zinus, Inc.

I purchased their 9inch metal frame king sized box spring a month ago and when it arrived the box was broken open and the frame pieces were bent out of shape and unusable. I have been in contact with Zinus CS since the day after my box spring arrived. All I wanted was to get a replacement because I paid so much money for this product.I have sent them proof of purchase after proof of purchase and they are still refusing to send a replacement box spring saying that Im not sending them the right information. I am incredibly angry to know that I have wasted $160 on something I NEED and the company wont even help me with their broken product.I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy. Huge waste of time and money. Just buy the same thing but the amazon brand. Its the same price and theyll probably actually help you if it comes in broken.Zinus, Inc.

1 starPlease do not buy this mattress for the love of god. It is extremely dangerous and can ruin your life. Let me start by saying that yes, it is a cheap and comfortable mattress. However, the reason it is cheap is because they use fiberglass as a fire ******ant instead of more expensive materials to keep costs low. They also are so cheap that they dont even fully sew the mattress cover to the mattress. It is a two piece mattress held by a zipper. The only thing that stands between you and dangerous glass is a zipper. They most likely out source the outer layer or inner layer and assemble it later like legos to keep costs low. They cant even invest enough money to fully sew the god **** mattress together. Instead, they just slap a small warning on a small tag that no one ever reads. But how is anyone suppose to know there is glass in their mattress. And if it was advertised as being cheaper because of glass, than why would anyone buy it rather than just paying a little more for a better quality mattress that wont possibly unleash an invisible h*** storm of fiberglass into your home. This is what happened to me. I washed the mattress cover like any normal human without knowing that I ruined everything I owned inside my house. Few months past and I started noticing shining shards all over my home. I developed many rashes all over my body and couldnt figure out what the cause was. I also was having shortness of breathe and getting asthma symptoms when I never had health issues in my life. The last thing i could suspect was the 400 dollar mattress that I purchased from Amazon. I even thought I had an STD because of the severe rashes all over my body and was freaking out for weeks and got multiple tests done. To my horror, I eventually looked up shiny shards and mattresses and the name Zinus popped up. I looked over at the tag of my mattress for the first time and realized I had the one mattress brand that has fiberglass in it. I freaked out and had to toss out.Review fromIsabella

I ordered bed frame from their online portal. As soon as it arrived and we put together, realized I could have paid half the price at ********** or ******** I asked them if they could do a price match or adjustment, and they refused, even though it had been just days since I made purchase. I was too tied to take apart the bed and return it. Thought it was bad customer service.Zinus, Inc.
