      I had a similar experience. I bough two mattresses but got only one. They told me to contact the shipper. The shipper said they could deal with the sender only. Zinus went silent on me just like the below. I am reaching out to police and credit card company as this is theft in my opinion.Also it turns out their older mattresses have a health risk. I reached out and got zero response on that as well.Stay away!

      Zinus took forever to respond, and when I replied the message wouldnt go through because their mailbox was full. Unacceptable
