      They billed insurance $675 for a knee brace available at ******* for $105 and Amazon $135. Insurance adjusted it down to $428 and they want me to pay that much. I'm sorry but a multiplier of four to five times is ridiculous. Next call is to insurance to find out if they really did contract with them at that price!

      In alignment with the rest of the comments here, this company overcharges for products and is borderline fraudulent. Was seen at *****************, they provided me a wrist splint that was nothing more than an ace bandage and a piece of plaster that I did not medically need or use, and 6 months later I receive a bill for $150. No honor or pride in the way business is conducted these days.

      Scam of a company. Had my wife sign a form saying they could charge her for wrist supports. Then billed them out at $277.00 per item. On their website they are listed for $70.00 per item. When calling to get them to fix the pricing, they became hostile and refused. I told them they are $10.00 at CVS and they told me we should have bought them there. We would have if we would have known they would be crooks and **** them up *****%

      Carbon Health has selected Pacific Medical as a partner for supply of certain medical products. They are billing at multiple 5-7 x. Extremely difficult to get ahold of. Does not return calls, appears to be selling dubious promises -- "get a ******* gift card for $100 -- try calling eight hundred seven two six nine one eight zero to see what I mean. I'd say this is a fraudulent avenue to take advantage of people who call in to complain about the high prices they are seeing. Elderly, infirm, otherwise challenged. Extremely dubious business model, stay away from them if humanly possible. Carbon Health, you need to reevaluate your partnership and alleviate the costs associated with farming out to a player like this. I'll notify the San ******************* of the various ways in which this player is dubious and the numerous comments from Carbon Health that illustrate that they could care less. Good luck with that, call your insurance. a one star rating btw is exceptionally generous

      Good morning, Pacific Medical, Inc. bills insurance claims per ******** and CMS guidelines. In this instance the patients insurance made an adjustment of $119.90 (provider write off) and applied the remaining amount of $157.10 to the patients deductible which is the patient's responsibility per their agreement with their insurance and policy. Ultimately the patients insurance and policy determined the out of pocket expense that is the patient responsibility to pay for services rendered.

      Right. How about you try to reach them and see what kinds of dubious things they say and do. Hanging up on customers multiple times, trying to sell a ******* gift card scheme. The only way to speak to someone is to press 2 for$100 off today. Btw give me 100 off and Ill resolve the bill. No one picks up. Dubious place no matter what they say. Go ahead and refute my statement. This is a company to watch out for.

      I received a very unprofessional call from someone whose English wasn't the best 5 months after I received a therapeutic boot from an ***** urgent care and hadn't even received the invoice in the mail yet. After paying the bill online, they still sent me an invoice and today I received a followup phone call asking for payment. I cannot recommend doing business with this organization. They apparently don't have enough staff and/or internal systems capable of handling accounts receivables and payables. I did a quick search on this organization's reputation and have seen other posts about similar circumstances. So it's not just me.

      Unprofessional Business! Every time I call I have to leave a message and they never call back. They sent me a bill for one amount and then a week later after billing my insurance sent me a bill for $33.82 more. Poor communication with me. I paid the prior amount and they tacked on a late fee. I refused more than twice to the dr but he wouldnt allow me to leave without a full leg brace. I wore it to my car in the parking lot and never wore it again. What a waste of $100+ and this place is a terrible scam.

      I've been getting bills from this company saying that a doctor I had in December of 2015, the one who did my ANKLE surgery in 2016, for some reason decided to assign me a SHOULDER IMMOB/SLING W/WEB STRAP ** in April of 2022... Now they are threatening me with penalties for delinquent payments... This retired doctor was an orthopedic surgeon specializing in the lower extremities, knees, and ankles NOT SHOULDERS. There is no way to get ahold of this company other than getting ahold of a lawyer to help you.

      I received a bill for $68 for a splint and sling after an ER visit for my kiddo. I called them asked if they had run it through our insurance, they had not. Two weeks later I received a bill for the EXACT SAME PART NUMBERS for $201! I called and left a message to see if someone could explain the discrepancy. They called me TWO WEEKS later to try to collect payment. I repeatedly asked for a supervisor after it became clear that the rep on the phone couldn't explain the price increase. "well, you have insurance." was the only answer they would give me. Still no response from a supervisor. They are still trying to bill my MINOR child almost 3 times the original bill. This company is out to scam every ***** they can. BUYER BEWARE

      Got their crutches at Hospital, then a ****. I replied with insurance information. They didn't contact my insurance company, they just sent me another **** with a big late charge. Called 3 times and left a message during business hours but never got a response.
