    I have been waiting for my refund for over a year...... all the phone numbers for vanguard no longer work and I have yet to receive my refund.

    Hello, I purchased a car warranty from Vanguard Vehicle Armor about 3 years ago. They sold me this warranty and explained that is was a full coverage warranty and I was guaranteed that my car would be fixed if I had any issues. I paid ******* for this warranty. My engine light came on and the shop told me it would be ******* to fix. The dealership called Vanguard and found out that Vanguard would only pay out ****** under a Assist Warrany. I was not told that when I purchased this warranty. The representative(at the time of purchase) said my car would be fully covered! Since Oct. 2024 I've called numerous times to get a refund and they always tell me its processing. They can't give me a time limit or let me talk to a supervisor or another department ! It's been 5 months and I get the same answer every time! They are giving me the run around with my refund! I only have a contract #. The company number is **************. Thanks.

    I am trying to reach the owner/manager ******* ********, his office is located in our local *** store. And he is hard to reach. I believe this is a "dummy" corporation to prey on people especially the elderly.

    **************** VANGUARD never mailed or emailed me updated payment history as requested for my personal confirmation and receipt. Their attendant told me I had one payment left which I made on a recorded phone call. VANGUARD terminated my contract stating that I failed to make my last payment without contacting me. I learned when I took vehicle in for mechanical work and was denied agreed financial support from VANGUARD. I was told my service was terminated by mechanical staff and had to foot a $1,200 bill all by myself.

    09/05/2015 Purchased zurich Vanguard vehicle Armor $2,130 New vehicle Plan.72 months/100000 miles.Traded my vehicle with ***** miles.... I'm still waiting to be Reinburst half of my policy. Royal assurant ************ $1,300 check missing in the mail.

    I purchased an extended vehicle warranty from Vanguard Vehicle Armor on 9/17/2021. On 8/23/2024, I canceled the policy due to trading in my 2016 Chevrolet 2500HD 4x4 truck and bought a new 2024 Chevrolet truck. The company said that the refund would **** *-8 weeks to be refunded but did not give me a refund amount. I called on 10/2/2024, and was advised it is still taking 6-8 weeks for a refund. I called on 10/30/2024, they said it will take 8-10 weeks before I get a refund. I attempted to warn them about being more timely with their refunds and that the time has run out and I wanted my refund. They suggested I get legal council involved. I still have not received my refund on Contract #: 102F4060 Expiration Date: 10/16/2026 My wife, ********* A ***** also has a claim with them for a lesser amount is due her and she has been waiting too!

    They canceled my account and said that I would be getting a refund of my money this was on 05/25/2023 and I still have not received my money

    I purchased car vehicle warranty from them , I were sceptical at first but I needed car warranty just in case something went wrong with my car , so I'm trusting this company to keep my information safe , they stole from my card I didn't authorize them to take money off my card I knew my obligations it was a onetime payment only was my request but they're theirs and still waiting on ******** so called supervisor that **** or *** with their rude selves how did they even get a job working their with no phone courtesy manners nothing. Please help me started in april2024 end may2024 still yet to see my refund *** said we're in the mail ,it's October 2024 still no refund for me closing after a month never again , be cautious people vanguard vehicle armour pitiful, shame on them for lying.

    I've been trying to get my vehicle fixed. But ever time I try to call they tell me they don't have me on file. I paid for the whole 5 years of Sept 1 2023 to 11/13/2027.     I bought a car warranty plan May 2022 but canceled on the same day. I was then charged the monthly bill for June-August. I then called August of 2022 to let them know theyve been charging me and they said theyd issue a refund. *** called atleast once a month for two years and still havent received a refund. They keep saying that it takes a long time for corporate to issue refunds but its been 2 years and i need my money. I am owed $400. I was charged $131.99 for those 3 months.
