    Hello,
This is ***************************. I am the person that started the claim with Vanguard. I went to National Tire and Battery, on September 9, 2022 at 10AM.  NTB preformed an engine diagnostic on the car to determine the cause for the check engine light. At around 11 am, I was informed about what needed to be worked on in the car. I then called Vanguard and could not reach anyone. I ended up calling billing and they also could not reach anyone in the claims department. I waited all afternoon until I made the decision to move forward with the work on the car. I have been paying Vanguard$94.99 since March 29,2022. I would like to have the money back that I paid into the company so I can find a warranty  service that will actually help me. I would also like to put that money towards the repairs on the 8th of September.

I previously did a BBB complaint (#********) and it was not resolved. I am conducting a 2nd complaint to finally get this resolved. I have spoken to the representatives and the refund has been pending about 10 months now. This is not normal. They keep telling me the same thing that they are "going to send and email and I will call you back with an update." and yet they never do. They cannot confirm how much the total refund will be but I am demanding the entire refund of $1,520.00 ($295 down payment, 5x monthly payments of $245). When I signed up for auto extended warranty, I told them I was going to discuss with my parents and the salesman, *********************************, told me I cannot do that. I had to decide then and there since their deals are so amazing and people tend to take advantage of their deals. He also told me that the warranty covers my car 100% from front to back end. A month or so later I needed a repair and I took it to my dealership. They told me that I was not able to use my warranty because I had to use so many miles before I qualified, which I was not told. I was also informed that Vanguard only covers 60% of the costs. I was very disappointed and ended up canceling with them after 5 months. I have requested a refund and I always receive the same answer. The last complaint was unresolved since the previous case worker was not able to get ahold of Vanguard. I've called a few times since the complaint has been closed from BBB and they have told me the refund remains pending and they have no idea when it will get resolved. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told they are not available and refused to give me their direct number. I will be calling every day to get this resolved, but for this complaint, I really need extra help to get my full refund, so I can move on with my life. Please help and don't give up on the case!! They have so many bad reviews. They are scamming people every day and it needs to stop. They need to be monitored.

I receive many phone calls telling me that the warranty on my car is expiring. I drive a 2013 Scion. The warranty expired long ago.Lately, I have received in my home mail, a postcard, and this week, a letter telling me similar, only this latest letter actually has my vehicle year and model, my full address, and in small print on the bottom, the name Vanguard Vehicle Armor as the company. There are a couple of phone numbers to "please call immediately" as well; ************** and for Spanish speakers, **************.I'm quite sure this is a scam and wondering if this is the company that has been calling with the same scam for years now. I am on the Do Not Mail and Do Not Call list. It's about time these scammers were shut down or made to run their businesses in a legal and legitimate manner.

Between myself and my daughter ****************************, we have called since March 16, 2021. Took out the home warranty and then after paying, called back to cancel. Have been told each time that refund has been requested. I have written down dates, time, who I spoke with and what was said. I understand that I may have been scammed. Would like someone to help me out and tell me what to do.

I purchased a ***** and they sold my info to this group. They are now sending threatening looking letters to my workplace. And know one knows where I work, except the paperwork I filled out to get my truck.
