    By all means do not use this company!!! I spoke with the floor manager his name is ****** ****** and was told it was approximately 2 years for a refund to take place. Do not use this company.

    Very slow at getting the customers that you stole money from back , never again what a waste of time still waiting for ******** to contact me, I cancelled 3 months ago still waiting for my refund check in the mailbox , you would of thought they could put it back on my card that wasn't authorized for them to take . Please be very cautious people .

    I'm being billed thru a processor, FS-VSC, but my complaint is with Vanguard, which I have been trying to cancel since May 7, 2024. I appreciate a company wanting to keep a customer, but no one should have to make 5 or more phone calls to end a service relationship with ANY company. Luckily I haven't needed to use the warranty service, so no idea if THAT would have been as hard as just saying "no thanks" has been. Am just now looking at others' complaints about refunds--so not going to hold my breath!

    Made 2 attempts so far to cancel a car warranty. Every time an attempt is made the **** rep. talks for about 10 mins and never transfers the call. It seems they don't care about the customers' time. These acts are unprofessional and inconsiderate to the customer/policy holders' request.

    Liars. We've been waiting for a refund since March 2022. We call often and get the same lie every time: "It's pending." This needs a class action lawsuit!

    I had be been a customer of ******************. *** spent thousands on a warranty that I was told when the contract was transferred, that I would not have coverage even though there talked me into staying on with them because I was almost finished paying it off and would have coverage til ****. The company repeatedly took out auto payments to whatever card I last paid with. When I got a new card, they were still able to take the money out of my account - even though I never gave them my account information. When my contract was transferred, I was told it was because the company Id just paid had gone out of business and the same company (but within another state), would take over the account and make the contract worth while. I was promised a refund from the company because it was closed. I never got a refund. I stopped dealing with this company for months. After several months and a debit card change, this Vanguard takes out $143 and I have not gotten a call back or can speak with a supervisor to officially cancel my policy and make sure all ties are cut. Never use this company. They are scammers

    This business is a scam. They had called me and told me they were ***************. I put down $100 with a 30-day cancellation period because my car needs work. I never used the warranty and i called within 30 eays to cancel. ******* told me if I canceled I would be paying $400 for an oil change for my 2016 ***** and the company would "disqualify" my vehicle on some fictional state database. I had never received anything in writing from the company either by email or postal mail. The guy went on and on with dire predictions if I didn't keep the warranty. Finally he gave ** in a surly mood. Never, ever have I experienced such high pressure tactic. If I don't receive my refund within 15 days, I will dispute the charge. These people are criminals.
