For last 5 months I have been trying to get to Talk to someone in the office , I am in ******* , nobody answers the Phone or emails. I used to work in **************** in ca, then retired and moved to ******* . The hospital lost **** case with its employees so there is a check waiting for me , but I am unable to give them my new Phone number and new adress, I suppose to collect the Check by the end of this month .Business Response

I looked in to see why we weren't able to help you, and I see where you called in a couple of times yesterday but only stayed on hold for a couple of minutes at most before you disconnected. Sometimes our hold times can be a few minutes because we get a higher volume of calls, but we do get to everyone.
I checked and we did re-issue your check on March 7, but it was sent to the address we had on file. I've updated your address to what was provided here and re-issued your check today. Please allow 3-5 business days for it to arrive.

This company was handling a settlement from a class action lawsuit. On Saturday, 12 April, a letter was supposed to arrive to my new address, however the **** lost it and hasn't been helpful in finding it. I reached out to ILYM group via email (as that's what they say is the fastest way to communicate with them), and I haven't heard anything back from them. When you try to call, they never pick up their phone. This is money due to me and it's irresponsible for this business to not answer any emails or phone calls.Business Response

I received a letter for the California state controller regarding an outstanding check from ILYM Group****** I have called left a voicemail including an email on 4/23 I also sent another email 4/30 no response. Called and emailed this business several times for money that is owed to me. Received a letter from the state that they have a check for me but they never answer, return calls or emails. I have been trying to contact this business for approximately one year. My family and I resided at ************** apartments in ********, ** and were sent a notice that we qualified for a class action settlement against *****************- DFEH v. ********************** to be specific. I have tried several times to get in contact with this business. I was successful one time. The girl who answered first told me she did not have any of my paperwork, then she put me on hold and said she found it. I submitted all my forms in May 2023- it is now April of 2025!!!! Since then, the settlement has been disbursed, but I have yet to receive my fund. No one answers the phone, or responds back to any emails. Today, I was able to get through to *********, she answered the phone, heard my name and then hung up. I called back right after and she blocked my phone number! I find this extremely unprofessional and I am lost for words. I don't know where my money is, and I don't have any answers. These people need to be investigated.Business Response

Thank you for contacting us! I looked into the call records to see why we couldn't help you, and I do see where you called in several times yesterday but only press 0 to get to customer service 3 of those times, and all 3 of those times you disconnected the call before anyone answered or before you could leave a voicemail. I checked your calls with ********* as well, and see you were transferred to her line 3 times, one time you left a voicemail and the other two times shows you hung up when transferred to her voicemail. She works remotely and is not always by her phone, but if you left her a voicemail she will return your call. She didn't hang up on you and your phone number is not blocked, I confirmed just to be sure because that would not have been acceptable! Prior to that you talked to ********* in January and ***** in December and we confirmed that we have a claim under your husband's name for this case.
In regards to your check, this case is still being finalized with the attorneys. Uunfortunately we are not the ones who move the process forward or are able to make any decisions. The attorneys are the ones who are able to do all of that and they let us know when we are able to send out checks. Hopefully it will be soon! Last we had heard was that there was missing information for several class members so they were giving extra time for those people to get their information in so that they could ensure they get their fair share as well.

Received a letter from the State of California stating that I have funds with this company and to contact the company before it gets sent to the state. The company does not answer their phones or respond to emails. Ive repeatedly called and sent emails and even submitted the online form. I was a part of a legal settlement, ********* ***** v. Battle-Tested Strategies, LLC, and was awarded ********.The check was supposedly sent sometime last year, but due to incomplete address information, it wasnt received. I contacted the law firm handling the lawsuit and was told my address did not match what they had on file, and that I should contact IYLM Group, *** to correct this information, and for a check re-issue. Ive tried contacting IYLM Group, *** by phone and have not been able to reach a real person or leave a message. Ive used the Check re-issue twice, inputting the correct address and contact information, yet I have not received a confirmation or a response that the check was issued. I looked into this and see that you called in to our main phone numbers once on April 15, once on April 7 and twice on March 20, but none of the times pressed 0 to speak to customer service so you never got past the initial message. If you call in again to our number ************, then press 0, that will transfer you to our customer service department. Sometimes, all of our receptionists will be on calls with other people and you'll get transferred to our company voicemail. We have employees who specifically monitor and return those voicemails as well.

I submitted my claim form before the deadline and received confirmation that my claim was being processed.However, I was later informed that my claim was denied because I allegedly "never filled out a form." If so, we can see about having your claim re-paid. Unfortunately, some checks were sent out to class members for their pre-determined amounts when those class members did not submit a claim form. Those checks were never pre-approved through our bank so they did not go through.

Great question! We can use either a receipt from a mail delivery service showing that a package was shipped to us, a copy of the email you sent or a fax confirmation if you sent it via fax. Anything that we can show to the attorneys to let them know that you had submitted it before the cutoff date and there was a valid reason we did not receive it. I was apart of a legal settlement, ****** vs. Staffers, and was awarded $1748.18. i contacted this company via phone number on their website, and the message states " you have reached a number that is not currently set up to recieve calls, try again later. then the phone is disconnected. i emailed the company on 2/12/25. they asked me for my new address so the check can be mailed to my address. i was notified that the check will take up to three weeks to arrive. on 3/7/25, after three weeks and no check, i emailed the company again to inquire about my check. they took my address again and stated it will take up to three weeks to arrive. i still have no check and it is 4/7/25. i contacted them again via email today (4/7/25) and they stated that they re-issued the check on 2/13/25. i am tired of getting the run around and would just like to get my check . i still have not recieved anything.Business Response

Thank you for contacting us! I looked into this and we weren't giving you the run around, we were just telling you the truth. We mailed the check out to you on 2/13/2025, our system time stamps every time we print out a check and then again when we apply postage, and everything was done that day. I'm not sure why the **** did not deliver it to you, I also confirmed we had the unit number on the address.
So we will reissue your check again, this time with a tracking number so we can follow along with its progress. The **** tracking number is: 9405530109355131155638 and they're estimating Friday delivery.
