    Its been about a month that I asked that my settlement check to be re-issued the lady that answered me said that she was going to leave a note so they could reissue my check thats been over a month ive been calling them every day and left multiple voicemails and I dont get no callbacks. I also left emails on there website and no response. I just want an update to know whats going on with my re-issued check.

    I was away at college during the time my settlement check was issued and it got sent to my parent's address. By the time I came back home from college, the check was stale. I have tried to contact them so I could get the check reissued by calling them and I have already left 2 voicemails. I have also tried to contact them by email but they have not responded to my emails. I am disappointed with the service and the lack of communication. They need to do better in responding back to phone calls and emails.

    I've been told since May that checks from a class action suit would be sent out on August 9, 2024. Upon not receiving the check by the end of August, I called ILYM and was told that the check was actually put into the mail on August 6, 2024. I was advised that there would be a stop pay reissue by a representative at the company right before Labor day. Still today, no check. I've been calling for a week and a half and no one is answering the company phone. I left phone messages and sent messages electronically with no response. I called today and was told that the check was never put into the mail on August 6 but that they were actually issued by mail on September 6. So I asked where did the previous responses come from? Also, who can I speak to regarding this matter. I was told to send a picture of my driver's license and social security card to a personal phone number and there is nothing they can do about the delay. My issue about being told a blatant lie is simply being ignored. Can a class action suit be brought up on a class action suit company? Seems something needs to be done about this as the company is releasing all accountability.

    I have reviewed the notes on your account and I think there may have been some confusion from our representative, which I will speak with our representative about. We did send out checks on August 6th to all class members. There are thousands of class members in this case and we have only heard from a couple of people that had not received their checks, I can only assume in these cases that the envelopes were delivered to a wrong address or accidentally thrown away with some advertisements/junk mail.

    We received a call from you on 8/15/24 and we confirmed we had sent the check out and had the correct address, then another all on 8/30/24 because you had not received your check, and we started the re-issue process for you at that point. We send out our re-issued checks twice a month, since we have a lot of cases and a lot of requests for re-issued checks. Your check was added to a batch that closed on 9/6/24, and was sent out that day. When we re-printed the check, it updated the "check printed date" field in our system and that would have been where she got that date from. She was going to transfer your call over to me to talk to you so that I could help alleviate your concerns, but I was told you had disconnected once she returned to her desk to transfer the call.

    I received an email notifying that I should have recently gotten a check in regards to my old company. I have reached out a few times via contact me to reissue the check due to an address change, but have not received anything back. When I respond to the email, they request the last four digits of my SSN. I am replying via a new email, with the name that I not only applied for with that previous company, but also with the case number they gave me. I have spoken with previous contacts at that company, and they have not received their check either. It's starting feel like a scam.

    I have called and left 3 messages with my contact info for reissue of stolen check and submitted at least three website requests as well to no avail. They ILYM Group talk a good game but do not have the decency nor the respect to respond. Their customer service lacks just that, ****************

    Our company notified us a year ago about a lawsuit. They informed us via mail regarding a settlement check we are suppose to receive. I still have not received any check nor do they answer emails or phone calls.

    Received expired check.Requested new one.Tried calling and messaging.I've done everything and no response.Is this company for real?Where is the money.It was a payout of the lawsuit.I see everyone else is going through the same thing.******* v. Xpress Global System,LLC Changed my address and requested my check again.Why does it take so long.Now that I see everyone here is going through the same thing.

    Checks were supposed to be mailed in March, called and the rep said they forgot to mail them. Called back and was told check was mailed on 4/19. Didn't receive a check so called back and was told they would reissue on 5/10. Called again and was told they'd reissue it on 5/16. Called again and had a reissued check sent on 5/24. Today is 6/6 and still no check!!! This is coming from ****** so it certainly shouldn't take this long! How is it that 2 checks were lost in the mail? Other employees involved in this case received their checks months ago. I'm extremely frustrated and am tired of being strung along. I feel lied to.

    No communication regarding changes of address or receiving a settlement check. After seeing that they have apparently failed to give hundreds of people their money, I am getting my lawyer involved for further interaction.
