    I have been reaching out for weeks. No response from the Contact form, No response from the reissue check from, no response from the emails sent, no response to the voicemails left and NOBODY picks up the phones!I need someone to reach out to me!

    I was in a lawsuit and payout were handeld by these people and had my check re issued 3 times and have not received it.

    Recieved a letter from the California State Controller notifying me of unclaimed funds to reach out to this company. With little to know information on the company or the type of claim. Only to learn with my own research this agency is who I needed to get in touch with but they are not reliable to reach through phone calls during office hours or via email. I've left also left a voicemail as well and haven't heard back from at all. I've also went through the agency's website to update my address and still haven't heard anything from them. I would just like for someone from this agency to reach out and assist me in attaining my unclaimed property via issuing my check please.

    Our lawyer hired **** to handle payments for the PG&E lawsuit we are a part of. Every time we've had to reach out to them to recieve payment which is a hassle. No one answers the phones nor do they return emails. I was told it will be a few weeks before our wire transfer and that they're waiting on approval from our attorney but our attorney has said they sent our paperwork to ILYM as well as our funds are in a trust account controlled by ****.. This process is frustrating and this company is incredibly unprofessional in my opinion. They lack communication and transparency.

    ILYM GROUP, first Red Flag is they are not BBB Accredited. Second Red Flag, when you call their office the mailbox is always full and doesnt let you leave a message. So who do you talk to? I have been working for OS Restaurant for 10+ years, getting screwed by them and now getting screwed by **** to just get what's mine is terrible. Lawyers use these third party companies to take the heat off of them, and keep monies thats owed because most people dont pursue or follow up on their claim money. ILYM will continue to s**** you until you give up on whats owed to you so dont give up. File a complaint, and use the power that you have with legal representation if you have to. We have worked for this money, it is rightly ours. ILYM doesnt want to cut the checks, because they want you to quit. Dont Quit Pursue whats yours!!!

    I still havent got my check from the ******* vs shogun case..Ive tried to reach this company more than a hundred times ..never once got through ,.left voicemail and email but no response ....judging with the reviews they seem to steal and scam people

    I truly feel like I have been scammed by this company. Most of my current coworkers recieved their checks in December 2024. I understood I may not have recieved it, becuase I needed to update my address. In January 2024 I updated my address, February 7, 2024 I recieved a notice in the mail from ILYM to go online and do a re-issue check. I did that. One of my coworkers also did the same in Feb. 2024 and recieved her check within 2 weeks of her calling ILYM. I called ILYM, March 1, 2024 and was told my check was redistributed on 2/28/2024, now, here I am March 18, 2024 and have recieved nothing, and about to relocate, becuase I assumed the check would have been here by now, but I have recieved nothing and makes no sense because my coworker does not live that far from me and she recieved hers, but I have recieved nothing and I am tired of this!!!

    this is a terrible company. Every time I would call I would get a different story. I was told the checks were mailed out April 13 and would take **** days to get to me. Today I was told the checks might have been mailed out on April 13 but maybe they were mailed out on April 14! and it would take up to 2 weeks to be received. i was told it would take longer because it was coming from a business and not a residence. the phone system is terrible. they say they have a lower than usual hold times but I waited up to 40 minutes once. how can you not know when checks were mailed out and there is no tracking available. a rating of zero stars would be too much for this place. I would not have chosen the Ilym Group to do business with i don't know who chose them but it was a very big mistake.

    They are bunch of lier. They hold the money from settlement to the *** and making all kind of excuses to pay .someone has to investigate this company and fine them or shutdown their services
