Same complaint as so many on here. Placed a $250 order on Tillys. The deliver driver walked up the stairs, took a delivery photo, and walked away with my package. Tillys customer service is no help. ********************** has no working phone number. I was told to file a dispute with my banking institution, however, ****** cannot say whether or not they will approve it as, on their end, they have proof of successful delivery and do not take into account third-party recording devices AKA our Ring doorbell capturing everything. Deliver-it does not have a phone method to get in touch with them regarding issues with shipping and delivery. Apple sent a package to me (Order W1399277635, Deliver-It tracking APP03798144) which Deliver-It showed as delivered at 2:40 PM on June 20. I was home all day and no package was delivered. I emailed Deliver-it with no response.In the tracking information (********************************************************* - you may need the ************** to view the details), the package now shows as attempted and "bad address." (However, the address shows on their map.) In addition, the driver took a picture of where he said he had delivered it which is ************************************************************************. I was able to determine the address by looking at the mailbox that was in the photo and using street view to confirm the match. This is 1.4 miles from our home.Today, the site shows "Delivery Attempted." In either case, I wanted to reach out to Deliver-it to figure out what was wrong with the address. Their phone number just says to track online. There is no escalation way to speak to someone to get more info or provide more information.Initial Complaint

Missing package. Theres nobody to get a hold of. On the website it stated since 7 AM that they made an attempted delivery even though Ive been home and my security cameras have everyone entering and exiting my home except a delivery driver.Later found out that this company isnt even allowed on a military installation because of their history.Initial Complaint

Around 4 p.m 3/31/3023 I received a notification that, my package was delivered and I wasn't home. When I returned, I checked my mailbox and door step nothing. I called forever21 a claim was filed, a picture was taken of the supposed delivery but it was totally black which made no sense since it was bright outside. I tried to contact this company via phone and email only generic response from an automated service. If you look up their complaints or reviews, they're known for stealing packages and ignoring customers.Initial Complaint

Paid over $60 to a company who used deliver-it. Package was promised in 3-5 business days and was delivered, however, it was delivered to the wrong apartment. Mine is on the ground floor and is actually easier to find than the apartment it was delivered to. The address clearly stated my unit number and they delivered it to my upstairs neighbors somehow. I brushed it off because at least I had a photo of where it was delivered, so I contacted my neighbors and they decided to not give my package back. I contacted the retailer who kindly sent out my order again (in separate shipments) for free. EVERY package was delayed by a week which I have never seen happen with any of my deliveries, especially with small items like clothing. I eventually got the first and second item, no complaints there. Then, I got a notification that my third item was delivered. When I looked at the delivery photo, it was a photo of the second delivery, just from a different angle (????), and the time of delivery was the same as the second package. There was only ONE package in the photo. I went and checked and my third package was nowhere to be found. Hopefully this doesnt affect the third item getting to me since it was clearly delivery driver error, but I can only describe this company as completely incompetent. I sincerely hope retailers given the option will refrain from using this company.Initial Complaint

I have a monthly autoship delivery set up with ****.com. My package was sent through deliver-it. They submitted a photo of them holding my package in front of my building, outside the gate. The leasing office accepts and signs packages for residents and they did not attempt delivery. They also did not bother using the call box to have me buzz them into the community. They then marked my package as delivered and signed by me, which never happened, and uploaded the photo after that saying a delivery exception occurred. I provided them the gate code through the online tracking and they falsely reported a second attempt the next day even though they now had the gate code and my phone number and I was home all day waiting for the package. This business is a fraud. They repeatedly do this to so many of the shipping recipients and they must be making a lot of money off of other peoples packages. The delivery company has stated that they attempted to do a delivery i have video proof they didnt arrive at all. They mad no attempt to deliver the package and theres no way to contact the delivery company. They continue to not deliver my package and are skimming packages.
