  Zero stars for sure, use this company for delivery of payroll checks and they are horrible, say there was an "attempt to deliver" and no one was there , huh... the business was open and operating. Today they deliver us the wrong checks and when I tracked our shipment it now shows "voided". Don't even attempt to call them because there is no one to take calls. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SUED!!!!

  This company has no customer service to receive feedback, and doesn't claim any review spaces. I would be shocked if they even read these reviews. Drivers attempt delivery to a business, open business hours, at night and then return the package without a second attempt during business hours. Then the company sending the package re-sends through another company and it finally arrives. The sad part is that so many of these companies continue to use Deliver-It, while the customers are the ones who lose. And Deliver-It makes it clear they could care less. The money is rolling in, so why bother with pesky little things like training drivers to make a second attempt during business hours. Customers wanting their packages can be so annoying, I'm sure.

  No customer service contact info, didn't follow the delivery instructions that I put into the app. You'd think Apple would pick a more reputable company to partner with.

  Terrible company! Not reliable at all. Iherb uses this company for their deliveries. Sandly, this company's delivery people are not serious or concerned about getting the packages delivered. They keep saying they have no access to my complex, even though I gave my gate code multiple times. They don't call you to try to fix the problem and they've deliver my packages to the wrong address several times. Iherb is going to lose customers because of them. I would think twice before using this company, it could affect your business in a negatively.

  Never heard of this company. I didn't choose them but I guess Apple uses them to help deliver some of their less expensive accessories. All I ordered was a less than $10 pack of 4 large silicone ear bud tips for my Air Pods pro 1st generation and they can't even get that right. It was supposed to be delivered the 20th, then the 21st. Now the order status just says "delayed" and it hasn't been updated since Friday. I have zero confidence the order will ever arrive at this point so I contacted Apple to cancel the order all together and get a refund. How a company that has such poor reviews and can stay in business is beyond me. In summary, don't use them but if you're stuck with them because the company you're doing business with uses them, then may the odds be ever in your favor.

  Said they delivered my Tillys order, but never received it. ****** took their word for it over mine. Never again buying anything online that uses Deliver It.

  I was pretty scared thinking that my package wouldn't arrive because of other reviews on here. I placed an order with ****** and the next day my package arrived. The tracking was pretty wonky and didn't provide a location for each scan. My security camera lost connection to the internet while they delivered. All in the span of ten minutes. I was glad to see my package was there even though the geo point said across the street.

  Total scam, they said they attempted delivery 3 times. They never even drove down my driveway, I have security cameras to prove it. I get **** fed-ex and Amazon here all the time. DO NOT USE THEM!

  **** poor service. You get a text with a tracking link and options to provide them to reschedule or deliver it elsewhere. You can straight up ignore these cause they do too. Needs a signature? Don't worry, they will just leave it at an unsecured location and say it was signed. By who? Just the number "1". Need to call them about your order? Their website has no public number that gets you to a real person. Just an automated message essentially telling you to $&@! Off and contact your shipper if you have questions.The only way I got ahold of them was by going to their ******** page and sending a message which got me an automated reply that actually had an email address someone would respond to. This resulted in a single reply with my concern telling me that nothing could be done cause they already delivered my order. It is absolutely absurd that Apple uses this company to deliver your products. Worst experience with a delivery service ever.

  Absolutely the worst company I've ever delt with. Completely unprofessional and refused redelivery.I have no idea where my package ended up and there is no way to communicate with a human. If I could leave no stars I defiantly would.
