    This company (shoud not be considered a business) is uterlly the worst delivery service I have ever crossed. They deserve ZERO stars. There is NO one to speak to, there is no CHAT that works to express your concern. They responded via emai and the reason for the package not arriving was a lie - they stated the wrong ZIP was on the order - WRONG. I sent them photos of the original shiiping address, a photo of ***** address. The automated message states the website is the only way to track the package and it hangs up the call. Such an upsetting experience considering it was an expensive package. This business lists "27 years of service" - How?! The most upsetting customer service, the worst tracking platform. Response from: ************************* @ DELIVER-IT.com Emailed her 5x - no repsonse as of now.

    I think they must have someone stealing packages. Wonder if inside job. After no contact, no status update I contacted them again and my new iPhone is lost package. How could any delivery company have the massize negative reviews. Where is the management?

    They deserve no stars. I never received my package after it was marked delivered. Photo proof was not of my home and I have video proof nothing was delivered at the time it was claimed to have been delivered. I attempted to call but there are no options to speak to anyone. The automated message states the website is the only way to track the package and it hangs up the call. Such an upsetting experience considering it was an expensive package.

    Been receiving packages from deliverance.com hate it horrible service. There has not been one time they have left it where they say they have left it been with them for over a year they deliver it to next door they deliver it to across the street or they throw it on the ground beside my mailbox six times now I have not gotten my medication and had to reorder it horrible company horrible horrible customer service no working phone number to get a hold of anyone I give it zero stars.

    Bad. Notification that package delivered at 10:26 PM to condominium building, showed picture of our call box, but not of package. They did not use call box. ?. Why do they even deliver that time of night? If they left it outside, it disappeared within 30 minutes. They are idiots. This company has also delivered and left packages for other addresses.Informed Nespresso that this company has a bad history in my area.

    They delivered a company's paychecks to my house and there's no way to speak to anyone. I feel horrible for the business and am trying to reach out to them directly.

    The absolute worst delivery company ever. If you care about your customers and the products you ship, use a different service. I can see by the rest of the reviews that pretty much everyone else that's had to deal with this company feels the way I do. They did NOT "Deliver-It"

    I don't understand why companies like ****** Nespresso, and Sephora start using a carrier like this. They are not responsible and sneaky. Every single carrier manage to deliver my package to my apartment but Deliver it! They always say they need a door code; however, all they need to do at the front gate is to "Call Manager", and the number is right above the intercom, but they never did it and they never contact the receiver. Also, Deliver it doesn't communicate with the receiver of any package online or through phone calls. Every fxxking time I have to contact customer ******* of ****** Nespresso, and Sephora to tell them all they need to do is to press 3 fxxking bottoms and let the manager know there's a package! Also, why would we want the deliver guy to know my gate code even there is one? I just don't understand why Deliver-t can't do the job that all other carriers can. For this specific time, I added the information of calling the manager and the number in the Sehpora's tracking system. I said clearly that you need to contact the manager and please hand the package to them. However, they just left it above the mail box! I just didn't know that Sephora has switched to them! If I knew, I would never order from the website again.So now I never order anything deliver to me on ****** Nespresso, Sephora, or any website I found out that has been using Deliver-it as their carrier in my area. And I know a few friends are all in the same situation, so we have to order pick up or go to a store, but that's something really inconvenient for customers like us.

    Stupid company, stupid drivers and 0 experience. Used this carrier 3 times and still delivered to the wrong property. This business should be closed. Not even deserve 1 star!!!
