December ****** placed an order with ************************** Been ordering from them every month for over 2 years without problems until now.Received my tracking number 9405511206205577907951.Waited the appropriate amount of time and checked tracking status and it hasn't moved since December 2 2024.Was told thru email to contact **** I did that and they quickly responded telling me they have no such tracking number that I need to contact the company I placed the order with .I can only do that through email that's all they provide And they just send me the same email with the same information that I've provided. This is extremely frustrating. I'm only seeking either to get what I ordered or a complete refund.I'm not trying to tarnish their reputation. Just want what I ordered.I keep getting the run around with no accurate information. I ordered my package, $300 worth of product and never received it. I reached out to the company on several different occasions, with no reply. I am extremely displeased & frustrated with this company. 11/16/2024 I ordered this mod on what would have been a Sunday for them. Today in now Wednesday for them. I emailed them asking why I did not get a shipping label yet. They informed me that the item that the website said they had plenty of. Was no longer in inventory 3 days after I ordered. Not the day after I ordered which would have been Monday. It took them. 3 days to inform me they could not fulfill my order. That is only because I emailed them. Also I ordered from what I thought was a warehouse in ********** not a warehouse in ***** as I ordered specifically on the California warehouse website as that is what I chose when I got on their website. Ordered products ***** they are commiting false advertising,they say in stock then I'll get a email which I'm waiting on that will say well product is outta stock. It was in when I ordered it and now it's each time I order. Want my order shipped and at there expense of overnight 11/7/2024 order date. Now the 16th and still hasn't been shipped. This company is falsifying product availability and then sending us the customer emails stating it's not in stock. Want my products shipped overnight at the companies expense and for them to stop commiting fraud and false advertising and theft we pay for shipping and yet we are treated like s*** Excused reasons and more this is ongoing. This company should reimburse for shipping cost and at there expense overnight the order. On September 3rd, 2024, I submitted an order for 15 disposable vapes. I received this order on September 5th. One of those vapes, the *** VPR 30K Disposable Vape, arrived defective. It does not turn on, you cannot take a drag off of it, nothing happens. I emailed the seller on September 9th and included pictures of the box, the product, and the barcode as they've asked for this in the past when I had a defective item. I also posted offered to ship this defective item back in exchange for a new one. I got no response. I sent a follow up email on September 19th. Again, I got no response. I sent a THIRD email on October 4th from my backup email ********************* and got no response. I reached out on ******** on October 4th as well. Today, I got the response of "if you sent an email, they'll take care of it" meanwhile ignoring the fact that it's been almost a month that this has not been taken care of. I want to ship the defective item back, in it's original box, and and I want to be shipped a replacement at no cost to me within a week of them receiving the defective item since this item arrived dead on arrival. If they cannot do that, I would like to be refunded for the cost of this defective item. I've included proof that I've sent many requests to them, and all have gone unanswered except for the ludicrous response from the ******** person.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory. I do wish the business had kept better communication sooner and that I wouldn't have had to resort to this, but I am happy with the resolution and would like to close this case.

I have ordered a week ago and paid money for shipping. The company has lied to me to generate a tracking number. Now this seems like fraud and theft paid 60+ dollars. The dispatching time do take longer caused by the holiday and weekend while they are both still in transit

we are still waiting for the restocking since we find some items in the customer's order is out of stock when we resend the parcel. we hope the customer can continue ot wait fo a while or choose other replacements.

This company operates a website for adult *** toys and when you place an order they never process or send the product they advertise and when you reach customer service they never respond until you write a review on their scam website.
