I just finished my third refinance withJay, now working with himat New American Funding and completing the entire process in three weeks from when I completed the loan application to signing the closing papers!It could not have gone any smoother.Jaywas there every step of the way following up with everything and checking back in with me to make sure all was going as it should. The great communication made it super easy - I felt fully confident and was totally apprised of everything that was going on as soon as it happened and even before - as well as knowing that I got a great deal.
