Thank you ***** and your entire team you kept us informed then entire loan process. Being we were first time home buyers I really was not sure of the whole process that went in to buying a home and you help explain the difference between different type loans that help alot so we could figure out what loan worked best for us . This is the second time I dealt with ********************* for a home loan. He kept me informed of the entire process at every step. he is very easy to reach and very responsive. I felt like he is my friend who is trying to help me get a loan. I know we are all trying to make money and save money. If you ever need someone to help close ******* ******** is the person you need to help you. There were things I needed and couldn't find and she took the stress off me and found them for me. ******* was very hands on and if i ever have to do this again she is the one I will ask forNew American Funding

I recently had the opportunity to work with ****************************** Loan Officer, from a credit karma search for a mortgage company. That search pointed me in the direction of New American Funding and by chance was connected to ******.It has been a long journey and we have hit a few bumps in the road but Justins dedication was above and beyond. I had constant updates frequent emails a few texts and many phone calls. His professionalism never faltered. The ability for ****** to stay focused on me as the client made it as smooth of a process as it could be and when I started to stress, which to tell the truth, it is stressful, ****** always reassured me that it was a minor problem and he could take care of it. My situation was unique in many ways however having ****** there took a very unique and difficult situation to as smooth of a process as possible. ************************* and ********************* (senior processor) worked tirelessly and dilligently, taking emails on holidays and weekends to make sure I would be able to buy my home. Their tenacity and eagerness to see it through to the end is my reward.There are no words that can say how much their hard work was appreciated but I can say if you want a team that can get you through a difficult process I don't think you will find any better than ******, ****** and the whole crew. Thanks for putting your heads together and thanks for getting me through this. In my line of work you need to stay educated on your product and I many times say if you don't know the product inside out you cannot sell it. ****** knows and follows it on a daily basis and thanks to him he locked in a lower rate days before they rose. I now have the home I wanted and even the closing company had to say and I quote "**** you got a good rate" If you need a mortgage I not only recommend New American Funding I encourage you to ask for *************************.His honesty, professionalism dedication and eagerness to succeed make ****** one of the best. Whenever I had questions, I reached out to the team and my questions were answered right away. I closed on time and on schedule. This was one of the easiest processes Ive encountered in a long time.
