It is a truth worthy company. The loan process is very clear and smooth. It asked me a lot of documents and signatures, but it is very informative. Every time we reach a milestone, you will get an email about it. So, you will know where you are and the next steps.

We chose New American Funding because of all the 5 star reviews. Our experience was certainly that! Our broker was so patient and forthcoming about everything. He answered any questions & offered his knowledge, which helped us to understand all the process of refinancing. My experience with *************************** was next to none! She was extremely available, attentive, knowledgeable, and caring to us. She made the overall experience with New American Funding a good one for us! We thought the underwriting process was a little too strict/unnecessary, but we got through it just fine.
