New American Funding is a great company to work with. My loan officer was great and he got back to me as soon as possible every time. But to get the loan took a while. You have to be persistent and dedicated, because I understand theyre lending a lot of money. You just have to trust their process and do everything on time and wait, things will get done. Always try to be on top of things with a lot of communication, because Im assuming theyre dealing with a lot of people daily.

Please go elsewhere! I refinanced with these guys and they lie to get you to go with them promising closing was within 30 days and they respond so quickly at first and once you get the process going, thats the last time you will speak with them until you get to closing. They dont call you back throughout the process to keep you updated, they keep you in the dark the whole way through. Then when you reach the end its a surprise what you have going on because they pick for you what you want paid off and how much cash back you get! And I started the process in December 2nd of *********************** March 3rd this year! And I have had NO CHANGES in my circumstances since we bought our home. Just down right disappointed! Then I wanted to give them a second chance to redeem theirselves and started a HELOC process in the beginning of April and they said oh yeah we can def do one for you, its not a problem and we should have it done within 4 weeks easy so what happened, they had me bouncing around and somehow I ended up with spring EQ and they just told me a week ago long story short because Im on maternity leave they arent able to close until I go back to work and what was supposed to be for weeks easy lead time turned out to be months again! I just ended up telling them to cancel the whole transaction and thanks to wasting four months of my time, I told them that I would give them a shout out when I write my review and she reached out to me and apologized saying she was going to try her hardest to get it fixed and its been a couple of weeks and I still havent heard anything I take it she just said that so I wouldnt write a review yet here I am so let me give a big Shout out to ************************************************* @ New American Funding for wasting four months of my time yet again and being the biggest disappointment ever!New American Funding
