I think their Review rating might be fabricated! Cons: 1) Communication between loan officer and applicant needs work 2) It will take months and months securing a home loan with them and they might actually finds ways to deny or add multiple fees to your loan contract because they want every dime as well making not so affordable as it could be.3) if you do not know what to ask THEY will. To tell you. they just want the money. 4) They do not want to acknowledge first time home buyers therefore will not offer the **** perks that they clearly mention on their website. 5) Dont be fooled by the title *************** that means nothing they may in fact be the least knowledgeable about the loan process and overall the communication is hardly clear between the applicant and the loan officer so be careful about that. *** claims to be the most flexible in providing loans but Im not sure how true that is. They wasted 5 months of my time that I could have been doing business with someone else. Would I recommend then: NO. PROS: They will be flexible in allowing you to waste as much time a needed with them in order for them to waste time in return with you. Meaning ***** will sit back and as long as needed until you find a home you finally want then they lately forward pertinent information to you last minute, they will still not let you not for certain whether you loan is approved and more than likely they will find some way to either raise your monthly loan amount more or just tell you they cant process your loan after wasting months with them and them not informing you clearly of the loan process and where you stand. To me I cant say they are that professional. Just your everyday people working behind the computer with all your personal information exposed without the knowledge needed to effectively do their jobs. Cant say the experience was a good one. Do your homework when applying for mortgage loans and please read the REVIEWS OLD AND NEW.

Would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to use this company! Very unprofessional, each person you speak to says something completely different. When you need something to get done, or following up on a matter, etc, you have to dedicate at least 2 weeks OR MORE of your time to keep calling back , speaking to different person each time and explaining everything all over again before they attempt to actually do what they are supposed to do. They are notorious for giving you the run around and wasting your time. They find every way possible to get MORE MONEY out of you for their pockets ! They will come at the very last second before closing and tell you , Oh well in order to finalize the purchase you have to pay this $$$$ more to close! Then afterwards every year your payments getting adjusted astronomically higher without any remorse!!! These are not trustworthy people to deal with so go somewhere else.New American Funding
