I recently had the opportunity to interact with the team at *** Cash and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of support I received! From the moment I reached out with my inquiry, the representative ***** was quick to respond and very attentive to my needs. They were patient, and knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns, which made me feel valued as a customer. What stood out the most was how he went above and beyond to assist me. Instead of just providing a standard response, they took the initiative to offer multiple solutions and guided me through each step carefully. Their positive attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference. The follow-up communication was also commendable. ***** checked in with me after our closing was complete and ensured that everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Its rare to find such a level of dedication and care in customer service these days.

Im skeptical by nature and this was my first home buying experience. We interviewed three realtors and four lenders for our purchase. All four lenders shared their own quotes with wildly different rates. The fees were all over the board in both amounts and how they were labeled, making comparison no easy task. Sunshine quickly rose to our top choice by taking the time to comb through quotes line by line and explained in detail how she could put together a comprehensively better rate package. Beyond this, she ended up being, by far, the most readily available and most valuable asset in the homebuying experience. She fielded dozens of calls over weeks, giving detailed explanations, practical reassurance, and fixing problems as they arose. She helped identify the best moves for financial negotiations that arguably saved us thousands. She communicated with our realtor when amendments to the buyers contract were needed. She knows what shes doing and shes good at it. I cannot recommend Sunshine enough, especially for a first-time home buyer. I thought I was prepared enough going in, but in hindsight I dont know how I would have kept a level head without her.New American Funding

If I could give **** 10 stars, I would. Shes an amazing find, and we wholeheartedly recommend her. Trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and she has grit. We had a short window to close. When title kept dropping the ball and time was of the essence, **** not only stayed on top of them and quickly IDd and pushed for corrections, she personally attended our closing to make sure there were no hiccups at signing. **** did such a good job for us.
