    These people are scam artists! I found out they have been taking money from my account as well, even since I cancelled the introductory subscription, which was supposed to be $2.99 for the trial period, which was charged. Then a couple of weeks later, I noticed my account was charged twice for $10.00. I contacted them, only for them to make up some story about charging ahead for the next month. I tried canceling online, which was difficult. So, to cover myself I sent communication to the billing department, and expressed my frustration. Because I cancelled, and uninstalled the app, I went back to my old one. I received no communication after that only to find today that they have the nerve to still go in and steal money from my account for something I don't use nor have. I was also charged some type of "foreign currency fee," as well as the monthly charge. When I called customer service, I got the run around again, and a reprimand about why I should keep the product. Cancellation was unacceptable to the rep, although he claimed he'd send a link for cancellation, which did not arrive until late this evening, and yet again with an aggressive sales pitch regarding all they are supposedly doing for me. I am so grateful to have kept correspondence and proof. I'd already cancelled months ago, and figured I was totally through with these scam artists, but from the reviews, I see this is the norm for them. This is fraudulent behavior. People struggle too hard for their money to be treated like this. Shame on this company, group or whatever they are. I will never trust them again. I'm of the opinion that they deserve no stars, not even one!!!!!!!

    I have emailed TotalAV more than 5 times to request a cancellation.
    Initially I got an email response to reconsider cancelling and they would offer me more user licences.
    That is of no use to me as I am a single user.
    I have done everything possible, even went on site to cancel automatic billing.
    Be extremely cautious.
    Once they have your billing details it’s impossible to cancel.
    My last option is to call my CC company and forward emails for the last 5 months.
    Company could be experiencing financial hardship.

    I was charged illegally in the amount of $119.00 dollars for a service that I did not purchase. In fact, it was many years ago that I tried using their software on an old computer system running Windows XP. I haven't used that in years. At any rate, somehow they managed to acquire my card number which the lady explains is automatically updated through some sort of "partnership" that they have with my specific financial institution. However, having logged into the strange account, the credit card listed on file is not even the one they charged, and was from an old bank account that I haven't had in over 5 years. I spoke to a lady and she insisted they were going to send me an email to follow the cancellation instructions, yet I now know after reading several complains, that the email never gets sent. I did NOT authorize this charge, nor was any type of charge ever made by me in the suggest time of Jan 2023! This was all out theft!

    I have never heard of this company before, they withdrew $119 out of my bank acct which was unauthorized on 1/6/23. I have contacted the company three times now advising them that they need to reimburse my bank acct the monies they withdrew without my permission. They advised me each time that they were sending me an email and that I had to provide them with the information requested and they would reimburse my acct. that has yet to happen. I want to know how they got my banking information because I have never heard of this business nor have I ever ordered their service. This is illegal. This is a scam. I hope that something can be done about this business that they are held accountable for their fraudulent behavior toward innocent people. Thieves are what they are.

    I have TotalAV and I have no memory of signing up I am going to cancel because I HAVE SO MANY ADDS ON MY PHONE AND MY PHONE IS SO SLIW THAT MIST IF THE TIMES MY PHONE TIMES OUT WHEN I TRY TO LOAD SOMETHING OR JUST GET TO PAGE 2, and my phone locks up constantly. I am sick of the little circle going round and round waiting to open I had NO idea that is was the Total AV

    They were ok, but did not like or approve of the automatic renewal payment of $159 to my account. This makes consumers not want to do business with them.

    Same as **** ** Wanted to cancel. Got the run around doing that. Finally got to Richard ******* on 12 January 2023. Said he canceled my subscription and would take care of getting the ******* pending on my credit card back to me. He lied. Turns out he never completed the task. Called support today in India. (I believe.) Hugely difficult to understand. Talked to Laxmi. said she would cancel. However, I am not eligible for a refund. Don't understand as I am paid up until September 2023. Then I get another cancellation notice from Lauren today (16 January 2023). Don't know how she got in the mix! I want to talk to someone who is not reading from a script, who understands what is being said and can carry on an intelligent conversation. But more than that, I want my money back! ******* please!

    I cancelled my subscription with TotalAV early last year and erased the app from my computer and my cell phone. Late December I was charge $317.00 for an account that had been cancelled last January. They were willing to return $259.00 and cancel my subscription. After I made a fuss, they refunded the full total. TotalAV submitted a new charge of $57.63 today. They refused to submit a cancellation order to my credit card company. So now I have to dispute the charge. I will never recommend this company to anyone who wishes to remain sane.

    I've sent them a cancellation, after one day trying the TotalAV app, because I was disappointed in its performance. They've received my cancellation, but still take money from my credit card. That's not how you show respect for customers. Shame on them.
